The goal is to create a clean, modern, and high-converting visual layout that delivers an exceptional patient experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities & Scope:
- UX Wireframing & Information Architecture: Restructuring user pathways for service pages, practitioner directories, and location listings to ensure intuitive navigation.
- UI Design System: Developing a fresh, professional visual style (color palette, typography, components) tailored to medical aesthetics without disrupting core brand identity.
- Mobile Usability & Friction Reduction: Optimizing viewports, touch targets, and multi-step appointment booking flows for seamless smartphone interaction.
- Asset & Prototype Delivery: Providing fully interactive prototypes and structured asset kits ready for front-end implementation.
