CRM for Commodity Trading
I am a small business involved in physical commodity trading internationally. This involves buying products, mostly FOB ( free on board, which is an incoterm ) from 1 geography, at a defined price, and selling it to cutomers globally on a CFR ( cost and freight ) to port basis using the global container freight market. The inputs for the FOB price would be made by me by port of origin. The inputs for the freight costs would need to be made either by me or by third party companies so may need to be restricted in some way. ( I guess this is to be done via Google Sheets ) Both of these inputs need to be able to be edited frequently ( daily ). The CRM should be able to send bespoke/customised offers to individual customers, in certain regions in the world, based on information in the CRM ( name of buyer, company name, payment term, currency, product expected margin, finance and insurance cost ). The bespoke offer must include a price which is calculated from combining the inputs of FOB price, the freight , the expected margin and costs including a currency exchange rate drawn from the daily xe.com rate. There could also be a second element of 'freight insurance' but that will come at a later stage as a secondary part of the offer. Each individual offers should have the option to include multiple products which would be customer dependent. It should be possible to send these bespoke offers both via Email ( a formal offer ) and a much shorter more informal offer via Whatsapp to the customers. The CRM should also be able to easily issue invoices to customers once a deal is agreed and provide a summary of the deals done each week on a Friday to me so that the payment deadlines can be tracked. It should also automatically send out a reminder to customers of the due date 2 days prior to that date. The CRM should also be able to track purchases from suppliers, with their FOB or CFR costs and be allocated to sales orders. This allocation would be done either manually or automatically. I currently run something basic from a spreadsheet but this now needs more integration and to become easier to use. I've shared an example of this spreadsheet. 1. CRM set up and customisation for international trading business. This will include customisation of: - contact management module ( to include all fields required ) - product and pricing module ( allow bespoke offers, similar functionality to the current excel spreadsheet ) - deals module ( to track response to offers made on a weekly basis to customers and track history and sales record ) 2. Invoicing integration with the CRM - set up of invoicing functionality to enable instant invoice generation upon deal closure and connection with a purchase order to track margin from purchase order to sales order. ( this should feed into the customer tracking and performance ) 3. Dashboard and reporting - reports of deals closed weekly - Contains customer information/ overviews including market share, where they are buying from, which products they purchase and which products they produce. - A dashboard to scrape key metrics and display them, including ( Oil price, currencies ( USD/EURO/GBP ) ethylene price, energy prices, showing daily and monthly movements ) 4. Automation and workflows - automated sending of customised offers via email and WhatsApp - payment reminder workflows triggered 2 days before due dates 5. Custom development - for pricing calculation that combines FOB pricing, Freight costs, expected margin and cost - inputs should not be restricted and allow changes to be made - daily currency exchange rate e.g xe.com - Freight Insurance (to come later) This will feed into the automated, bespoke offers to customers. 6. WhatsApp integration 7. LinkedIn integration to gather specific leads and co-ordinate Linekdin outreach

Editing of video course 'how to be God'
Introduction I am a life and business coach, an entrepreneur, and the leader of a political party in the UK called ‘Everyone is God’. My life & political mission is to: Empower Everyone, Solve Everything, and Fulfil Every Dream. A far as I am aware this course in 'How to be God' is the first course of it's nature in human history, and as such the successful freelancer will have a sense of excitement and enthusiasm in carrying out this project. Scope of the project The video course will consist of approximately 40 videos varying in length from about 5 – 30 mins each. I will film and supply the raw footage of me speaking in my studio with a plain background, there will also be some channelled footage with me and my partner in the studio (A-roll). The format and editing of each video will need to be fully professional in all aspects, and follow a consistent pattern as follows: • Professional, clean, simple, and inspiring feel. • Consistent intro and outro. (simple logo animation and graphics) • Use of text to introduce each section. • Occasional use of simple info graphics. • Simple clean dynamic editing and dynamic cuts to the raw footage and to stock photos and video (B-roll) to give calm feeling to the videos. Additionally, to this I will need simple editing of the logo animation and graphics so they are a suitable format for other digital requirements such as my YouTube channel and websites, for consistency of branding across all media. How we will work together Phase 1 – Building a working relationship. The successful freelancer will need to work with me closely and speak good English, you will need to be entirely happy regularly talking on video calls and screen sharing. Phase 2 – Exploring and clarifying the format and style of the editing, and the working process. It is crucial that we have the time needed to develop and achieve a presentation of the material that works perfectly, i.e. unlimited revisions. The purpose of phase 2 is also to make phase three 3 (batch post production) as efficient as possible, and to a standard repeated pattern. It is important to understand that I fully intend to provide you with quality video that needs little or no colour correction, image stabilisation, audio clean-up, etc with a ratio of raw footage to final being around 1.25 to 1 or less. We will make sure you have everything you need, in the simplest and best possible format, so your work is straightforward, and you will need to advise me on what makes your job easy. Phase 3 – Batch post production Video editing should then run smoothly and quickly, as essentially every video should be of a similar format and require a repeated editing procedure. Time schedules There is no fixed deadline for completion, however clearly the project needs to be finished in a timely manner. The time scale I propose below is most likely a best-case scenario if everything goes smoothly (something that is rare). Phase 1 and 2 - Mid July to mid August 2025 Phase 3 - Mid August to end November 2025 Payment terms TBC I propose that a 6% deposit would be paid prior to phase 1, and then stage payments on completion of each phase of work. Future Work If the project is successful I intend to produce further video courses. Tidy the server from X-ransom attack
Hello, Our Wordpress website was attacked by x-ransom. We have a backup of the WP and the database dump. We have detected some corrupted files there but it seems that there are still some left that were not detected. It has to be tidy after the attack. It’s an internet shop with uploads files of around 100GB. It’s stored on a private hosting in LV. What is done do far: 1. Update WordPress Version 2. Use z’d updateSecure WP-Admin Login Credentials 3. Set Up Safelist and Blocklist for the Admin Page 4. Use Trusted WordPress Themes 5. Install SSL Certificate 6. Remove Unused WordPress Plugins and Themes 1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for WP-Admin 2. Back Up WordPress 3. Limit Login Attempts 4. Change the WordPress Login Page URL 5. Log Idle Users Out Automatically 6. Monitor User Activity 7. Check for Malware - found several none-Wordpress specious files and plugins. Deleted them. 1. Disable PHP Error Reporting 3. Turn File Editing Off 4. Restrict Access Using the .htaccess File 5. Change the Default WordPress Database Prefix - not done 6. Disable XML-RPC 7. Hide the WordPress Version 8. Block Hotlinking - not done 9. Manage File Permissions not done After making the list, we received another x-ransome attack. I suspect he has a server level access not only wp level. If you apply, you need to be a server security and a Wordpress specialist. Please, quote for the job.
