Update a revit file of a building interior
Hello, Recreating this job post, as I got many good applications last time - but had to change the requirements as the surveyor * engineer were already doing the revit 3D file. I recently bought a property in the mountains. This is spread over 3 floors (almost 4). I have 3D files from a lidar mapping, floor plans and whatnot. This can be found here: https://daryanani-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/michele_daryanani_it/EpNLPotZczhMtXWh27gDTN8BNYB-k9s45BIYYw33joXKNw?e=8y6wuu In that folder, there is a folder called REVIT, with Revit files of the building. As I'm planning to renovate, I need some support in figuring out what to do. Meaning, I need: * a better layout of the interior space with ideas on where to put walls, doors, etc inside to make it more appropriate (especially on the 3rd floor + the ground floor big room) * ideas on where to put furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, velux windows etc * a 1-hour-ish call to explain my ideas (after seeing your ideas, so as not to influence you) * putting of all the ideas into a floorplan (2D) and updating the revit file * add two columns to the lower 2 floors (to support the roof) * enlarge the windows * replace one of the outside windows with a door * add roof windows (velux style) * add a triangular window instead of the wood * insert the location for pipework for plumbing & heating, radiator locations, gas boiler, toilet/kitchen fitting locations, wiring for electrical into the revit file Is this something you're up for? What would this cost? You will also be provided (if requested) with pictures/videos of the property to aid. Please divide your quote into three options: 1. Only with 2D floorplans + changes to the revit file (no furniture) 1. Only with 2D floorplans + changes to the revit file (with basic furniture placeholder/stock) 2. With furniture renders leveraging IKEA furniture In all cases, I will need an output highlighting the changes for the construction company

3d Model (photogrammetry scan) needs remodeling
I seek an expert 3D modeler to refine a photogrammetry human scan captured in an unnatural position. The existing scan lacks details on the underside, with the body laid flat during capture. Skin textures across body and pants also require attention. Of chief concern are the pants, merged with the backdrop during scanning. The goal is a realistically proportioned standing figure conveying a sense of levitation in final composition. A skilled human anatomy and garment modeler is needed to reconstruct missing geometries, particularly the underside, with artisticlicense to realize the intended effect. Textural issues like inconsistent skin must be addressed through repair, refinement or replacement. Pants need disentangling from their captured surface through skilled digital cutting and reformation around the legs. Experience manipulating scan data and reimagining captured forms for intended effects is essential. The modeler should demonstrate talent sculpting complex organic shapes like the human body as well as skill rendering believable fabrics. Attention to anatomical and visual detail coupled with creative problem-solving will ensure a convincingly natural yet surreal finished model achieving the envisioned weightless suspension. Your expertise correcting the limitations of this scan's atypical collection methodology will be invaluable to this project's success.
