Update a revit file of a building interior
Hello, Recreating this job post, as I got many good applications last time - but had to change the requirements as the surveyor * engineer were already doing the revit 3D file. I recently bought a property in the mountains. This is spread over 3 floors (almost 4). I have 3D files from a lidar mapping, floor plans and whatnot. As I'm planning to renovate, I need some support in figuring out what to do. Meaning, I need: * a better layout of the interior space with ideas on where to put walls, doors, etc inside to make it more appropriate (especially on the 3rd floor + the ground floor big room) * ideas on where to put furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, velux windows etc * a 1-hour-ish call to explain my ideas (after seeing your ideas, so as not to influence you) * putting of all the ideas into a floorplan (2D) and updating the revit file * add two columns to the lower 2 floors (to support the roof) * enlarge the windows * replace one of the outside windows with a door * add roof windows (velux style) * add a triangular window instead of the wood * insert the location for pipework for plumbing & heating, radiator locations, gas boiler, toilet/kitchen fitting locations, wiring for electrical into the revit file Is this something you're up for? The unorganized point cloud containing over 500,000 data points must be converted into a polygon mesh maintaining accuracy while reducing complexity for downstream CAD applications. Knowledge of filters, segmentation, triangulation algorithms and managing large datasets is essential. The final water-tight mesh file format should be in an industry standard such as STL, OBJ or PLY for integration within CAD software. Create a landscape model with and without electricity pylons
I need a large scale landscape photorealistic model that shows the visual impact of 5 or 6 large (70 meter high) electricity pylons will have on the existing landscape. I have a DEM of the landscape, lots of drone images, 3D models of the buildings in the landscape and images of the pylons. I have extensive GIS experience, but dont have the experience or software to transform the 2d GIS files into a set of 3d photorealistic images. A "fly through" would be useful but not essential. These images are for visual effect only, not for planning purposes, so dont have to be perfectly accurate.
