Convert Pointcloud to Mesh

I seek expertise in 3D modeling and CAD software to process point cloud data captured via lidar scanner. The unorganized point cloud containing over 500,000 data points must be converted into a polygon mesh maintaining accuracy while reducing complexity for downstream CAD applications. Knowledge of filters, segmentation, triangulation algorithms and managing large datasets is essential. The final water-tight mesh file format should be in an industry standard such as STL, OBJ or PLY for integration within CAD software. Experience manipulating dense lidar scan data and generating high-fidelity 3D models from point clouds will be valued. Skill deploying a variety of software including CloudCompare, MeshLab, RapidForm XOR and Polyworks will be advantageous. The project requires expertise in lidar and 3D scanning data processing as well as precise conversion techniques to maintain millimeter level geometry definition through the various steps from point cloud to a clean polygon mesh model. Interested freelancers should demonstrate experience on comparable projects and provide examples of past work generating 3D meshes from lidar scans. 3d Model (photogrammetry scan) needs remodeling

I seek an expert 3D modeler to refine a photogrammetry human scan captured in an unnatural position. The existing scan lacks details on the underside, with the body laid flat during capture. Skin textures across body and pants also require attention. Of chief concern are the pants, merged with the backdrop during scanning. The goal is a realistically proportioned standing figure conveying a sense of levitation in final composition. A skilled human anatomy and garment modeler is needed to reconstruct missing geometries, particularly the underside, with artisticlicense to realize the intended effect. We have to convert an open cricket cage of size 100ft x 80ft to a covered air-conditioned hall with tensile/GI sheet over the top and sides. The structure is all MS trusses and is 1 year old. We need to check if we can add the tensile roof over this existing structure without adding any additional foundation or column. If possible, than we need a complete new design for the roof. Create a landscape model with and without electricity pylons

I need a large scale landscape photorealistic model that shows the visual impact of 5 or 6 large (70 meter high) electricity pylons will have on the existing landscape. I have a DEM of the landscape, lots of drone images, 3D models of the buildings in the landscape and images of the pylons. I have extensive GIS experience, but dont have the experience or software to transform the 2d GIS files into a set of 3d photorealistic images. A "fly through" would be useful but not essential. I'm looking for an experienced landscape designer who has experience in creating the image montages that re-create the existing landscape then add the planned electricity pylons to that landscape. These images are for visual effect only, not for planning purposes, so dont have to be perfectly accurate.
