Compile existing iOS Swift codebase and publish to TestFlight
I have a complete Swift codebase for a native iOS app (~3,600 lines, 19 files, iOS 17, SwiftUI + SwiftData + RoomPlan + ARKit). The code is written but has never been compiled. I need someone to: 1. Set up the Xcode project, drag in the source files, configure Info.plist with the required usage descriptions (camera, location) 2. Fix any compile errors that appear on first build (expect 2–4 small ones — not major rewrites; the code is structurally complete) 3. Verify the app builds and runs on a real LiDAR iPhone (iPhone 12 Pro or newer required — you must have access to one) 4. Test that the LiDAR room scan actually works end-to-end on a real room 5. Sign and upload to TestFlight under my Apple Developer account (I will provide credentials and add you as an admin) 6. Add me as an internal tester so I can install via TestFlight About the app: "DEA ScanPlan" — a tool for UK Domestic Energy Assessors to scan rooms with LiDAR and produce EPC-ready floor plans. Uses Apple's RoomPlan framework. Five screens: dashboard, new project, live scan, post-scan workspace with editable 2D plan, review & export (PDF + JSON). All data stored locally with SwiftData. No camera photos, no cloud, offline-first. MUST HAVE: - Prior iOS App Store / TestFlight experience (link an example) - Access to a LiDAR-equipped iPhone or iPad for testing - Familiarity with RoomPlan or ARKit OUT OF SCOPE: - No design work - No new features - Just compile what's written, fix any small build errors, get it onto my phone via TestFlight DELIVERABLES: - Working TestFlight build I can install on my iPhone 15 Pro - The fixed Xcode project as a zip - A short note on any changes you made and why Budget: £300 fixed price Timeline: 1 week from start Please ask any questions before bidding. If you cannot test on a real LiDAR device, please don't bid — the app cannot be verified in the simulator.

Arc GIS training for 2 members of our team
Hi, we are looking for someone who is expert in Arc GIS to help us with some internal training for 2 or 3 members of our team, online training is fine, and we would record the session for future reference back. We do a limited number of things in ArcGIS which creates the mapping for LVIAs as follows: - we create Site Context Plans of the project site we are looking at and a defined radius for residential developments, from 10 to 4,000 homes. We include datasets of designations, from government and local council websites. - we create topography plans for the same study area as above - we create landscape character plans which uses downloadable datasets and sometimes we have to draw the data if it is not available for the same study area as above - we create ZTVs and viewpoint location plans, using GPS points we have taken on site. So its training for creating the mapping, creating the sheets, downloading and importing the data, importing OS mapping, Its not complicated stuff, and some of it is already templated. but it is about helping the team to be confident with using GIS and giving them a good grounding into GIS. So I think perhaps training split into a couple of hours each session, over a course of sessions is probably the best way to train. We need good communicators who are experienced at training and explaining basics through to more complex ideas. I have included an example of mapping to give you a feel for what we produce for projects.

Update a revit file of a building interior
Hello, Recreating this job post, as I got many good applications last time - but had to change the requirements as the surveyor * engineer were already doing the revit 3D file. I recently bought a property in the mountains. This is spread over 3 floors (almost 4). I have 3D files from a lidar mapping, floor plans and whatnot. This can be found here: https://daryanani-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/michele_daryanani_it/EpNLPotZczhMtXWh27gDTN8BNYB-k9s45BIYYw33joXKNw?e=8y6wuu In that folder, there is a folder called REVIT, with Revit files of the building. As I'm planning to renovate, I need some support in figuring out what to do. Meaning, I need: * a better layout of the interior space with ideas on where to put walls, doors, etc inside to make it more appropriate (especially on the 3rd floor + the ground floor big room) * ideas on where to put furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, velux windows etc * a 1-hour-ish call to explain my ideas (after seeing your ideas, so as not to influence you) * putting of all the ideas into a floorplan (2D) and updating the revit file * add two columns to the lower 2 floors (to support the roof) * enlarge the windows * replace one of the outside windows with a door * add roof windows (velux style) * add a triangular window instead of the wood * insert the location for pipework for plumbing & heating, radiator locations, gas boiler, toilet/kitchen fitting locations, wiring for electrical into the revit file Is this something you're up for? What would this cost? You will also be provided (if requested) with pictures/videos of the property to aid. Please divide your quote into three options: 1. Only with 2D floorplans + changes to the revit file (no furniture) 1. Only with 2D floorplans + changes to the revit file (with basic furniture placeholder/stock) 2. With furniture renders leveraging IKEA furniture In all cases, I will need an output highlighting the changes for the construction company

Photorealistic Avatar Creation
We seek a freelancer to generate photorealistic 3D avatars of several medical practitioners. The goal is to utilize these digital representations in online educational content where the avatars will discuss and illustrate various health topics. The ideal candidate will have experience designing highly lifelike virtual humans through 3D modeling and texturing. Proficiency with industry-standard 3D modeling software as well as animation tools is necessary to craft avatars that mimic realistic human likenesses and motion. Photogrammetry may be used to capture photographic reference of the practitioners to serve as blueprints for accurate facial feature mapping. Rigging and skinning expertise is crucial to ensure natural avatar movements sync with pre-recorded audio descriptions. Prior portfolio works demonstrating photoreal human avatar design for digital instruction would be valuable. Successful similar projects include 3D virtual patient simulations and medical training modules utilizing photorealistic digital humans. The finished avatars must exhibit photorealism rivaling high-resolution photography as well as smooth animation competence. Please provide estimates on expected timelines, deliverables and total costs based on generating multiple highly detailed and animated avatars. Proficiency rendering photoreal digital stand-ins for practitioners will aid patient understanding of health topics through engaging online education resources.

Convert Pointcloud to Mesh
I seek expertise in 3D modeling and CAD software to process point cloud data captured via lidar scanner. The unorganized point cloud containing over 500,000 data points must be converted into a polygon mesh maintaining accuracy while reducing complexity for downstream CAD applications. Knowledge of filters, segmentation, triangulation algorithms and managing large datasets is essential. The final water-tight mesh file format should be in an industry standard such as STL, OBJ or PLY for integration within CAD software. Experience manipulating dense lidar scan data and generating high-fidelity 3D models from point clouds will be valued. Skill deploying a variety of software including CloudCompare, MeshLab, RapidForm XOR and Polyworks will be advantageous. The project requires expertise in lidar and 3D scanning data processing as well as precise conversion techniques to maintain millimeter level geometry definition through the various steps from point cloud to a clean polygon mesh model. Interested freelancers should demonstrate experience on comparable projects and provide examples of past work generating 3D meshes from lidar scans. The pointcloud can be provided in .asc, .e57 or .rcp format
