I'm a home renovation contractor in Maine, USA, looking for whole house 3d models/floor plans, as well as kitchen/bath 3d models/renderings/floor plans.

What would I need to provide in order to get a whole house 3d model? Would Lidar scans of the interior and exterior be sufficient? Do I need some kind of drone 3d camera as well?
