Highly Detailed STL File for 3D Printing of Twickenham Stadium

I am looking for an experienced 3D modeller to create a highly detailed STL file of Twickenham Rugby Stadium in London, UK. This model must meet the following specifications:

Dimensions:

The STL file must have a base size of exactly 250mm x 250mm.
The height should remain proportionate to the stadium's real dimensions, including a small portion of the surrounding land.

Detail Requirements:
The model must be as detailed as possible, incorporating architectural elements such as seating (within reason as I appreciate these will be very small), exterior features, and field markings.
The pitch should be green with white lines included in the STL (for multi-colour 3D printing).
All other elements (stadium structure, land) should be white.
Printing Requirements:

The model will be printed using a 0.2mm nozzle at a 0.06 or 0.08mm layer height.
This means fine details must be clear and precise for small-scale 3D printing.

File Delivery:

I require the final STL file, ready for printing, and confirmation that I have the rights to use the file for personal or potential commercial purposes (though this is not my primary goal at this stage).
You can use cloud-based tools, lidar data, or any reliable resource to achieve the desired level of accuracy.

Additional Notes:
I may distribute these files to my Patreon followers as a thank-you gift or keep the option open to sell prints in the future. Please ensure licensing flexibility to accommodate this.
For now, this is a personal project, and the focus is on creating a high-quality and detailed STL file.

After Twickenham, I will consider commissioning additional projects, including Old Trafford in Manchester and possibly a larger-scale model of my hometown.
However, please provide a quote for Twickenham only at this stage.
