WHO WE ARE Peyton & Charmed Group is a multi-brand business operating between Thailand and the UK across 5 business units: - UK Student Accommodation (peytonandcharmedaccomm.co.uk) - UK Property Investment — integrated with Accommodation - Koh Chang Travel & Tours (kohchangthailandtours.com) - Private Land Transfers — currently Koh Chang to Bangkok route, growing nationwide - Bangkok City Stays (peytonandcharmedbkk.com) IMPORTANT — THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL MEDIA SETUP PROJECT We already have Facebook, Instagram and TikTok running across all business units. We do not need accounts created or basic profile work. We need an AI marketing implementation specialist to come in, build AI tools and workflows on top of what we already have, and hand everything over so our in-house team can run it themselves. WHAT YOU WILL IMPLEMENT - Audit our existing channels and identify gaps and opportunities - AI-powered content workflow — our team films, AI does the editing and posting - LLM-powered chatbots on Instagram, Facebook, LINE OA and WhatsApp — must understand natural language in English and Thai, not basic keyword bots - Scheduling and auto-posting across all platforms - Analytics dashboard so we can track what is working - Brand kit and video templates per business unit - Content calendar system our team fills in weekly - Filming guide per business unit for our team TRANSFERS NOTE Transfers currently runs as one route — Koh Chang to Bangkok — promoted through our Koh Chang channels. Phase 1 is to cross-promote this within Koh Chang content. A standalone Transfers setup is a future phase and not in scope for this project. TOOLS We are not fixed on specific tools. Recommend whatever AI tools you believe will work best for us and include the costs in your proposal. We own CapCut Pro and want it included where possible. TIMELINE — URGENT We need this completed within 2 weeks from start. Freelancers who can deliver faster will be given priority. We need the freelancer to conduct full data analysis across all our existing social media channels and customer data for each of our 5 business units. From this data analysis you must produce detailed customer persona reports that identify exactly who our customers are, what drives them to buy, what stops them buying, and how we can upsell and cross-sell our services across all business units. Data analysis deliverables required: - Full data analysis of existing social channels, audience insights and engagement patterns per BU - Customer persona report per BU based on data analysis findings - Buying trigger report — what motivates each customer type to purchase - Upsell and cross-sell opportunity map across all 5 BUs - Customer journey map per BU showing where we are losing potential customers - Ongoing data analysis system so our team can track and update this over time All data analysis and persona reports must be delivered by Day 3-5 of the project as they drive everything else — content, chatbots, strategy and messaging. We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to own and accelerate AI capabilities across the platform — from customer-facing features to internal agentic workflows and production-grade AIOps. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will shape the next generation of AI systems and directly influence customer experience, product velocity, and operational efficiency. The Opportunity You will lead development across three core pillars: - AI Product Engineering – Ship core AI-powered features — intake, scheduling, session notes, billing automation, and more. - AI Foundations / Enablement – Build reusable primitives, evaluation tooling, and golden paths. - Agentic Workflows & AIOps – Create AI agents that automate operational work and support internal operations. What You’ll Do AI Product Engineering (Customer-Facing Features) - Build AI features end-to-end: requirements → design → implementation → rollout → evaluation. - Implement LLM-backed workflows including summaries, extraction, structured output, copilots, billing scrubbing, and guided automation. - Collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Clinical SMEs. Own AI-powered improvements across: RCM, scheduling, intake, documentation, reporting, customer support automation. AI Foundations / Enablement - Create reusable AI primitives: prompt templates, agent patterns, tool schemas, safety guardrails, retrieval modules. - Build evaluation harnesses and continuous regression testing. - Enable developer productivity via AI coding tools and best practices. - Establish “golden paths” for consistent and safe AI feature delivery. Agentic Workflows & AIOps - Develop in-platform agents for billing checks, eligibility validation, claim scrubbing, data cleanup, workflow routing, and anomaly detection. - Build AIOps capabilities: incident summaries, RCA suggestions, intelligent alerts, correlation. - Integrate with telemetry systems for intelligent operations. LLMOps / Production-Ready AI - Implement monitoring, cost governance, retries, fallbacks, and safe-mode behavior. - Own prompt/model evaluation frameworks and online QA metrics. - Ensure HIPAA-aligned data flows: privacy controls, redaction, audit logs, PHI boundaries. Data & Infrastructure - Build vector stores, embeddings, retrieval workflows, and knowledge bases. - Partner with data engineering for eval datasets and rulesets. - Contribute to scalable infrastructure for AI agents and async workflows. Pattern maker and seamstress for athleisure wear

I am looking for a pattern maker who can create a sweatshirt pattern (I've got some rough ideas of having a slightly more curved and oversized sleeve), as well as a seamstress who can sew together the pattern pieces once they have been printed and dyed. (If you are both a pattern cutter and seamstress that would be amazing.) I need the final sweatshirts (5 in total) to be of high quality as I will be showing them at my postgrad degree show, my website and possibly to an independent boutique.
