Additionally, we stage monthly public meetings, ad-hoc exhibitions and sit as members on other local interest activist groups. We take part in and respond to developer consultations and local authority planning applications. We are not directly political but do interface with pollical issues such as housing needs, or environmental concerns. Outbound Communications 1) We have three out-facing communication media resources: website, newsletter, and social media. a) Our content output is essentially an ‘article’. b) There are between 10 - 15 different articles a month c) Each article appears across all our media but differs in length and content from one media to the next. (see page 3 Kingston Society – integrations master) Requirement 2) We are looking to both simplify, unify and automate the production for our media. 3) Expressed at its simplest we want a back-end source that pours selective content into a number of other external sources. 4) The back-end source is a database/spreadsheet (e.g. Notion, Coda, Sheets) that holds separately all the data- articles – which we will create for a specific month. The external sources are Wordpress, Mailchimp and social media Twitter and Facebook. 5) The newsletter and the website will publish all articles simultaneously, and publish once a month. Social media will post only some of the articles on an unscheduled basis, and are sporadic and spontaneous. 6) This means that any article must be capable of stand-alone publication at any time, as well as batch publication of all articles. Solutions 7) We imagine we are looking at a Zapier, or Pabbly type integration but maybe a stack developer has other ideas. 8) We are open to staged implementation and we will also consider a partial off the shelf solution, for example for our website using WP Connect’s plugin WP Sync for Notion, or Connect Airtable to WordPress with Air WP Sync. The company has two distinct offerings at present. 3/5 and 7 day health retreats at their venue in Northampton and 3 at Home detox packages. Currently the health retreats are only bookable over the phone, but a custom platform is being built to take health retreats online, so the below will need to bear this in mind. The Mailchimp API integration will be utilised for several key features including: - Sending Email Campaigns: I require the system to support both regular newsletters, personalised emails to subscribers based on segments and tags, and automated jouneys. - They would like to send out differing email campaigns based on if a customer has or hasn't made a purchase or booking. Offering a discount at the end of the email campaign. These automated journeys would need to be halted if a customer made a purchase after say the first email has been receved . We are looking for an experienced email marketer to do the email marketing for our UK swimwear brand. We use Klaviyo so you must be experienced with Klaviyo and be good at designing newsletters. It is a young, glamorous swimwear brand so we would like the newsletters to be in line with this brand image. It would be great if you could perhaps come up with a new signature style/layout for us so future newsletters can be done in a similar way. It would also be great to decide on some signature fonts to use in the newsletters so they are consistent and look professional. We would like at least 2 newsletters sent out a week starting from mid January. We are looking to work with someone on an ongoing basis up until the end of August. We are an international brand and ship worldwide, predominately in the US and Europe. It tends to get busy now in the US and will get busier month on month until Summer when it is busiest in all countries. In the key summer months (June – August) we will likely require 3 newsletters to be sent out a week to keep up momentum. I will generally let you know what content I would like to be included in the newsletters each week depending on whether we are launching new items, items are back in stock or we are running offers etc so you have a good idea of what to include in the newsletters. When there is nothing specific we are looking to include it would be great if you could come up with your own ideas for content – ideas could include as ‘seen on you’ with a newsletter featuring our customers/influencers wearing our bikini or a focus on our best sellers. You can look at our Instagram for inspiration also where we often have celebrities and influencers wearing our bikinis. We would also like some assistance with our flows on Klaviyo (tweaking our existing ones perhaps and coming up with ideas for new ones). I think once they are set up they won’t require much ongoing work so this might be something that is just done initially. We have never used segments on Klaviyo and this is also something that I wonder if we should be doing to segment our audience. We are aiming to increase revenue from Klaviyo this year through newsletters and flows so would like to work with someone who has a lot of experience with Klaviyo. ActiveCampaign - I need two custom email templates creating
We use ActiveCampaign and need two custom email templates creating: 1 - a simplified template that looks as close to an original email being sent in Outlook. Very stripped back, using our fonts (if possible) and even incorporating our email signature. This is being used for email sequencing. 2 - monthly newsletter template - I have an example - just need to be refreshed and using our brand colours. Again all elements within the newsletter need to be neat and tidy, including the footer text and if possible a unique descriptor to go along the unsubscribe url. Person I need must be: - available immediately (to start on Monday 15th Jan) - very familiar with ActiveCampaign (bonus if it is someone we can do more work with to help us set up email sequencing when we are ready) - able to draft the designs outside of ActiveCampaign (if possible) so I can review and signoff before inputting into the platform (for security reasons) I will prioritise responses where you are able to show other newsletters/emails you have coded within ActiveCampaign for other clients.
