Hi all, I am looking for help to pull some price modelling data from an website and place it into an excel file that replicates how it is shown on the web page. There is a lot of data and I do not think it can be exported, it needs to be done manually. I do not think it is viable to scrape the data. Once we have pulled the data we then need to build charts / data filtering to display the data correctly. My feeling is that the freelancer that does the job will need to be an expert an MS excel. It would be easier to do a Zoom call to show the freelancer the system and explain fully what is required so the price below is a placeholder. Thanks!

I also need to be able to insert if it is an urgent job. Technicians who have the application, but are not administrators, should see the note and the time it was published. When each technician opens the note to see it, I have to see at what time they read the note. When a technician starts the job, he must tick it in the application and the start date and time must be recorded. When the technician has finished the work, he must report it in the application and the finishing date and time must be recorded. Only the administrator should be able to insert a job, modify it, or delete it. Technicians can only read the job, and report that they have started it and that they have finished it. The database that holds the application data will need to be on the company's MS SQL server. The application must only work on Android smartphones connected to the company's wireless LAN. I have a bid-writing company in the UK and want to offer my clients a detailed visual report showing them information on the buyer, and their likelihood of being successful in the tendering process. I've built a prototype report but design and layout is not my forte. I need someone to design the report into a uniformed style, making it as easy to digest as possible and also build the "back end" template so that I can input info (ideally from a csv/excel file) for different tenders and clients going forward. As it is, the report is 17 pages and kind of text heavy, so need a solution where the info can be visualised well but also have the text to explain the scores for certain criteria.
Need some help with tuning my poor image into something better
I require assistance in creating a professional visualization to delineate signage placement for an upcoming charitable event. I have already secured a venue and captured high-resolution photographs from various angles. An initial rough edit was done in MS Paint, however a more polished visualization is needed to clearly mark prospective sign positions and approximate dimensions. The goal is to enhance the basic visuals already prepared by indicating where and how each sign will be situated within the event space. Details such as individual sign designs are not required. This request focuses on developing the broader signage scheme through 'sign here' indicators and mapped out size references. The visualization aims to clearly communicate the signage plan for those tasked with setup and execution. Professional design software proficiency is preferable to refine the raw concept and present the placement scheme in a clear, polished format befitting this charitable function.

Each company is currently in a list format as follows: Company Name Street Address1 Street Address2 Town County Postcode Telephone number In the second Excel list, each company's address is in a single cell and this needs to be split up into the separate address cells as shown in the template.
