I am the authorized agent for a door manufacturing company and I require a simple Windows desktop application to streamline the process of preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and managing the sales cycle from showroom to installation. Workflow: A client visits the showroom and initially selects the products. I take measurements at the project site. I send the client a quotation. Once the client approves and pays a deposit, I prepare a detailed contract to ensure there are no mistakes and that all specifications are documented. I send the specifications file to the parent company in China in the required format. After the doors arrive, they are installed either fully or in stages. We help people to transform their finances, their income and their lives. We are 3 years old, a community of 70 paying members currently. We are looking to grow to 150 which is our maximum size we will allow We produce 5-7 hours of video content every week. We have over 400 hours already recorded ...And we have zeor external video visabilty. Everything we have done has been word of mouth or on DM's We would like to fix that..... We want someone to join our team long term. To work with our content to produce shorts and 5-20m cuts of our calls. We have $500-$900 USD per month as a budget. I have set this proposal at $2700 to simply reflect 3 months work because PPH only allows hourly rates or project rates. WHAT ARE YOU WORKING WITH? The majority of our old calls are on Zoom. Sometimes we also recorded HD locally, and sometimes we recorded audio locally. All our calls are structured in tables with direct links to folders per call containing all the assets we have for that call including transcripts with time stamps. We are starting to use riverside sometimes. We have podcasts, interviews, lots of group masterminds and we have presentations. Most our content is 2 hours long. PERFECTION We are not looking for perfect. Speed is our friend here. But at the same time we are not looking for sloppy work. It needs to be good...enough. We accept that the recordings we have on zoom are not in HD and the audio quality is what it is. So therefor there are limits in what kind of quality can be created. But you can only work with what you have. So the output will never be "perfect" but progress is what we are looking for. AI USE We fully expect you to use AI. We have large subscriptions to Opus and Descript already. We are 100% pro the use of AI when it comes to parsing through footage, creating shorts etc etc. So long as the end result has some continuity.
