Lead generation, conversion and strategy
My partner and I run a holistic wellness business in the UK. We have been getting by ok for the last couple of years but now we want to take the business to new levels and grow! There are a number of areas we know need to be improved and there are areas we need specific support with. Our biggest barrier is time. We both have other jobs that often takes up a lot of our time, and because we end up rushing to get content published, this leads to it not landing well with our audiences (who are UK based). As a business, we offer 1:1 provisions, group activities (i.e. weekly scheduled groups and one-off retreats and workshops), as well as sell physical products and downloadable meditations through our online shop. We also want to break in to the commercial market and offer group meditations to UK businesses and charities. Here are the key areas we need help with: - Our WordPress website needs fully optimising. We need someone to help rewrite the content of our pages/products and must incorporate SEO. The site hierarchy/structure also needs to be simplified and made more user friendly. There is scope for blog writing as well. - We have a growing subscriber base with relatively good stats for our emails, but we have low conversion rates. We need someone to run effective email campaigns that lands well with our audiences and generates better conversions. - Our main social media platform is Facebook. We have a business page and utilise Groups a lot, but the engagement needs improving. We want to explore other platforms that we know would align well with our offerings and provisions, such as Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We need someone that can run effective, inspiring campaigns that will create engagement and drives traffic to the site. Ultimately, the bottom line is we need someone to help generate leads for us!!! Ideally, someone who knows our industry and target audience and can implement a strategy that is relatable to the audience that will motivate them to utilise our provisions. The project will run for 8-weeks starting ASAP, with the possibility of leading to consistent, ongoing work. As a minimum, our primary objective is to get 10 new fee paying clients booked on to 1:1 provisions per month. We have a small budget but a ton of ambition and passion for what we do! We use a Shopify plugin called Dynamic Product Options which allows users to enter customised dimensions and configure product options so they get a custom on-screen quotes. They can then add the product to their basket if they wish. See the app in use on a product page here: https://kuvr.co/products/garden-furniture-covers-custom-size As you will see, the app calculates the price and displays it immediately on-screen. The problem is that we know approximately 80% of users who configure their product to calculate a price do not add it to their basket. We are effectively losing 80% of leads that arrive on our website for this reason. To address this issue, we would like to hide the price behind a form so the user must first enter their name and email address before they can see the price on screen. When they click "Get my instant quote" the form data, including the product page URL, is captured and passed to an email service like Mailchimp so it can be added to a marketing funnel segmented based on the product URL. We have spoken with the developers of Dynamic Product Options. They say there is no way to create this functionality using the app alone. We CAN hide the price, and add a name and email input field as a custom product option and then display the price once the form detects that data has been entered in the name and email field, but none of the data is actually captured until the user adds the product to their cart which obviously does not help us resolve the problem. We need to capture the customer name and email BEFORE they decide to add the product to their cart. As such we're looking for a solution that would somehow hide the price output of the Dynamic Product Options app until we have collected the user's name and email address (and website URL) and passed it to a service like Mailchimp. Please note that we are looking specifically for solutions that work with Dynamic Product Options. It is an incredibly powerful custom price calculation app — there is no other Shopify app that has the advanced features of this plugin and we do not want to move away from it.
