I need a 30 second video to be produced using 3d models with textures etc. You wont need to make any models or textures or do any of the creative work. You will need to setup the models and textures in Unreal Engine or another program and make everything move. I am currently finalizing a full planning application package for a rural diversification project located in Medstead, UK. The project involves transitioning a former pony paddock into a small, low-impact seasonal campsite and smallholding. I am looking for a talented landscape illustrator or designer to take my proposed 2D block plan and transform it into a vibrant, textured landscape drawing. This illustration will be a key document in demonstrating the low-impact, eco-friendly visual aesthetic of our proposal to the local planning authority. Key Visual Elements to Include: The "Green" Aesthetic: The primary goal is to show the natural, rural character of the site. Please emphasize lush greenery, trees, and grass. 3D AI prop retopo and repaint

Looking for skilled 3D artists to fix up AI generated slop into proper assets usable in games, its important no AI is used in the final products. 3D models come from Meshy.ai and I can put them through a pipeline for basic processing, looking for someone to manually fix the mesh (retopo) and repaint in substance painer or similar based on the meshy model. Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home.
