VIDEO EDITOR — YouTube Lifestyle Channel | Long-Term Role We're Fraser and Stefanie — an online business couple based in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, living and travelling full-time in a motorhome while running our businesses remotely. We're launching a YouTube channel documenting our lifestyle and we're looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to be part of this journey long-term. This is not a one-off gig. We're building something real, and we want someone who takes their craft seriously and wants to grow with us. What the Channel Is The content covers our life on the road — travel, destinations, working online, living with freedom and purpose. Underneath that, the channel supports two businesses: an Enagic health and wellness distributorship and an energy healing and coaching brand. The tone is authentic, aspirational, and human. Think lifestyle documentary, not polished corporate content. Real people, real moments, real life — edited with skill and intention. We shoot approximately 20–30 minutes of raw footage per finished video and publish around 4 videos per month on YouTube. Equipment You'll Be Working With Insta360 X5 — this is our primary camera. You must be fully proficient with this footage type. DJI Osmo handheld camera DJI Drone for aerial shots Audio voiceovers supplied by us and mixed into the edit Insta360 Technical Requirements — Non-Negotiable You must have hands-on experience working with Insta360 footage. Specifically: Proficient in Insta360 Studio (desktop), including the full import and reframe workflow Ability to work with .insv file format — understanding that the X5 produces a single .insv file and how to import it correctly into Studio Manual reframing — using keyframes to direct the viewer's perspective across a clip, setting pan, tilt, roll, FOV, and distortion parameters Creating dynamic camera movement through keyframe animation — smooth transitions between perspectives to create intentional, cinematic motion within the 360 sphere Applying FlowState stabilisation correctly within Studio before export Converting 360 footage to clean 16:9 flat output for YouTube Knowledge of view presets (Linear, Wide, Natural, Tiny Planet, Crystal Ball) and when to use each creatively Exporting reframed footage at the correct resolution and codec for downstream editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro If you've never worked with Insta360 footage before, please do not apply. What the Edit Involves Assembling footage from multiple sources (Insta360 X5, DJI Osmo, drone) into a cohesive, well-paced video Syncing and mixing audio — including voiceover supplied by us, ambient sound, and licensed music Colour grading for a warm, natural, travel-lifestyle feel — consistent across all footage sources Text overlays and lower thirds where appropriate — clean, minimal, not overdesigned Pacing that fits the content — energetic where it calls for it, calm and reflective where it doesn't Delivering in H.264, 1080p minimum, 16:9, YouTube-ready We are not looking for someone who throws every effect in the toolkit at the footage. We're looking for someone with genuine editorial judgment — who knows what to cut, what to keep, and how to tell a story. What We're Looking For Proven experience editing YouTube lifestyle, travel, or vlog content — portfolio links required Full technical proficiency with Insta360 Studio as described above Experience with DJI drone footage — colour matching aerial and ground-level footage Competent at audio work — voiceover integration, music selection and licensing awareness, ambient sound handling Works to a deadline without chasing Communicates clearly and concisely Takes feedback professionally and implements it accurately What We're Not Looking For Over-editors. People who need constant hand-holding. People who apply without reading the brief. If your portfolio is all corporate talking-head or music video content with no lifestyle YouTube work, this isn't the right fit. Project Details Ongoing, long-term role Approximately 4 videos per month Budget: $100-150 per video, depending on experience. Tidy the server from X-ransom attack

Hello, Our Wordpress website was attacked by x-ransom. We have a backup of the WP and the database dump. We have detected some corrupted files there but it seems that there are still some left that were not detected. It has to be tidy after the attack. It’s an internet shop with uploads files of around 100GB. It’s stored on a private hosting in LV. What is done do far: 1. Update WordPress Version 2. Use z’d updateSecure WP-Admin Login Credentials 3. Set Up Safelist and Blocklist for the Admin Page 4. Use Trusted WordPress Themes 5. Install SSL Certificate 6. Remove Unused WordPress Plugins and Themes 1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for WP-Admin 2. Back Up WordPress 3. Limit Login Attempts 4. Change the WordPress Login Page URL 5. Log Idle Users Out Automatically 6. Monitor User Activity 7. Check for Malware - found several none-Wordpress specious files and plugins. Deleted them. 1. Disable PHP Error Reporting 3. Turn File Editing Off 4. Restrict Access Using the .htaccess File 5. Change the Default WordPress Database Prefix - not done 6. Disable XML-RPC 7. Hide the WordPress Version 8. Block Hotlinking - not done 9. Manage File Permissions not done After making the list, we received another x-ransome attack. I suspect he has a server level access not only wp level. If you apply, you need to be a server security and a Wordpress specialist. Please, quote for the job.
