Problem with the police impounding my ebike

Police have taken my ebike which i need for work purposes(food delivery rider) any advice would be appreciated and a complaint letter to the station. They say its a motor vehicle because it has a throttle (which can be removed) even though the motor is 250W and its speed restricted to 15.5 mph. Website Needs Backend Updating

I currently hosted domain from Go Daddy and had someone create a website for me that’s hosted by WordPress. The website is timewarnerent.com — the website auto pulls news from different locations updating all day long on the main page like an aggregator website. It does have an element where we write are own materials as well. However, it has stopped updating the aggregation element and I cannot get in contact with the original creator. In addition, WordPress just did a migration and now we’re having issues with some of our plug-ins. So I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable to go in to the back end and make edits so that the website auto pulls again from various other news outlets to keep the website updated and to work on the plug-ins so that we are able to post our own news and content. Right now, the bios of my writers are not showing their previous work, there’s random codes showing up on the front end, and our seo plug-in that used to allow us to choose how to best position the articles that we personally write are not showing.
