A small law firm seeks an experienced community manager to build and cultivate relationships through various online channels. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to raise brand awareness and engage with potential clients. When they did not we contacted them and they suspended our account. We offer primarily client feedback programmes and brand tracking services, conducted via online surveys and 1-2-1 interviewing. Help setting up/troubleshooting a Facebook Pixel
We need someone to urgently come into our office (based in Waterloo, 1 Paris Garden) to help us troubleshoot/setup a Facebook pixel that we need for a Facebook ad that is due to go out today. There was a pixel that was previously setup by another agency that they don't think they have disabled, but we cannot find it, so we wither need to find this one or setup a new one. We also need assistance/advice on setting up a Google Analytics Goal in order to track the results of each individual Facebook ad moving forward. We also need to be able to track the journey - click throughs through to conversions. In order to increase conversions, the third party agency have previously used third party data, so someone with experience using this and the costs/laws would be an added bonus. We also need advice with how to setup the Facebook ad in order to focus on conversion.
