LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Personal Brand Content Strategist Data/AI
About the role I’m looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Personal Brand Content Strategist to help build my presence on LinkedIn as the founder of a UK-based data and AI consultancy. The goal is not simply to produce generic social media posts. I’m looking for someone who can understand my experience, opinions and day-to-day work, then turn those ideas into credible, engaging LinkedIn content written in my voice. My audience includes: CTOs CFOs Heads of Data / Reporting / Finance MSP owners and directors Technology and consulting leaders The topics will mainly cover: Data strategy Data engineering AI and analytics Microsoft Azure Databricks Power BI / BI strategy Working with MSPs Building data platforms Lessons from consulting and client delivery Founder / consultancy experiences Practical observations about technology projects You do not need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable interviewing technical people and turning technical ideas into content that business leaders can understand. What I need Initially, I would like someone to: Have a 30–45 minute content call with me every 2 weeks. Extract ideas, stories and opinions from those conversations. Create a structured LinkedIn content plan. Write approximately 2 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week. Develop a consistent writing style and tone that sounds like me. Suggest strong hooks and angles for posts. Balance educational content, opinions, founder experiences and commercial insight. Identify opportunities to turn conversations, client situations and industry developments into content. Review post performance and gradually improve the content strategy. There may also be opportunities later to help with: LinkedIn carousels Simple post graphics Case-study content Newsletter/article content Profile optimisation Content scheduling Comment / engagement strategy Writing style I am not looking for overly polished corporate marketing copy. The content should feel: Human Experienced Credible Conversational Practical Commercially aware Occasionally opinionated Easy to understand I want the content to demonstrate expertise without constantly selling. Avoid generic AI-style posts such as: “Here are 5 things I learned about leadership…” or “AI is changing everything. Here are 7 trends you need to know.” The best content will come from real experiences, real projects, observations and strong points of view. Ideal freelancer You will ideally have experience working with: B2B founders Consultants Technology executives SaaS companies Data / AI companies Professional services firms MSPs or IT services companies Previous experience ghostwriting for founders or executives on LinkedIn is highly desirable. When applying Please send: 3–5 examples of LinkedIn posts you have written, ideally for founders, consultants or technology leaders. A short explanation of how you capture someone's voice rather than making every client sound the same. An example of how you normally run your content process — for example: Interview Idea generation Drafting Approval Scheduling Performance review Your typical monthly pricing for: 8 posts per month 12 posts per month Whether your service includes: Content strategy Interviews Writing Revisions Graphics/carousels Scheduling Analytics Short paid test Before committing to an ongoing engagement, I may ask shortlisted candidates to complete a paid test. I will provide a short voice note, call transcript or explanation of a topic. I would then like you to turn that into 2 different LinkedIn posts with different angles. The objective of the test is not just to assess writing quality. I want to see whether you can identify the interesting idea behind what I am saying and turn it into content that sounds natural and credible. Ongoing engagement If we work well together, I am looking for an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project. The objective is to build a strong founder-led LinkedIn presence over the long term, with consistent content that generates conversations, relationships and ultimately opportunities for the business.

Outreach VA: Research & Build Relationships for Housing Provider
About us SoCal Community Homes is a supportive housing provider in Riverside County, California. We operate furnished shared homes for veterans, seniors, adults on SSI or SSDI, and people reentering the community after incarceration. We are small, we are growing, and we treat the people who work with us as part of the team. About the role We are building a network of referral partners: case managers, social workers, housing navigators, and program supervisors at county agencies, veteran organizations, shelters, reentry programs, and nonprofits across Riverside County. These are the professionals who place clients into housing. When they know us, they call us. You will do both halves of this work. First you find these people. Then you reach out, introduce us, and build enough trust that they agree to a 30 minute meeting. This is not sales. There is no product, no price, no close. Their hardest problem is finding a safe, available bed for a client who is ready to move. We have beds. That is the whole conversation, and most of them will be glad you called. Research: Build a verified contact list of 200 referral partners across Riverside County. For each one: full name, job title, organization, direct email, direct phone, city, and organization type. Named individuals only. General info inboxes and switchboard numbers do not count. Spread contacts across organizations rather than concentrating on any single agency. A list of cities will be provided Outreach: Send personalized introduction emails using our templates. Make friendly follow up calls to confirm you have the right person and invite them to a meeting. Book confirmed meetings on our calendar and send reminders. Log every call, email, and outcome in a shared tracker. Follow up on a set schedule so nothing goes cold. Keep relationships warm with periodic check ins on bed availability. Continue adding new contacts to the list as you discover them. What success looks like In your first XX days: a clean verified contact list, consistent weekly outreach across it, a steady flow of booked meetings, and a handful of agencies who recognize our name and reply when you write. We will set weekly targets together after training. What we need Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm, unscripted phone presence. You will speak with government employees and licensed social workers, so patience and clarity matter far more than speed. Error free written English that does not read like a mass template. Strong online research skills. You should be comfortable digging through organization websites, staff directories, LinkedIn, and public county listings to find a named person and a direct line rather than settling for a general contact form. At least one year in appointment setting, B2B outreach, lead research, client relations, intake, or similar work. Experience with US organizations is strongly preferred. Headset, computer, quiet workspace, reliable internet, comfort with Google Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar. Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement. You will handle professional contact information only, never resident information. Terms This is a long term role and we expect hours to grow as the network grows. Keeping other clients is fine as long as your calling blocks are protected. How to apply Subject line: Outreach VA + [your city] + VILLAGE Answer in your own words: Describe a time you contacted an organization and had to find the right person to speak with. What did you actually say? And why would a social worker want to hear from a housing provider? Attach a 30 to 60 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why a case manager should consider our housing for a client. A phone recording is fine. We want to hear how you sound and how you think.
Karaté Veckring
Hello, We are a French karate club, Karaté Veckring, and we are currently looking to redesign our club logo. We already have a fairly clear brief, but we are also looking for a designer who can bring creative ideas and original proposals, rather than simply executing our instructions. Before placing an order, could you please confirm how you work? We are specifically looking for a “concept first” approach: we would like to see initial logo proposals before committing to the final design, with payment released only if we are satisfied and decide to proceed. Our main ideas for the logo are: The letters K and V, ideally intertwined Karate identity, possibly with male and female karateka silhouettes Our club colour is burgundy Subtle reference to France (blue, white and red) Possibility of subtly integrating the Cross of Lorraine with japan style Modern, dynamic and professional design The logo must work well on clothing, social media, posters and printed materials We are completely open to your own creative interpretation. Could you also tell us how many initial concepts you would propose before we make our final choice? Thank you, Karaté Veckring – France

A&C Planning Club Promotional Video We are looking for a creative video editor/content creator to produce a high-quality, engaging promotional video for the launch of our new online wedding planning membership, A&C Planning Club. We are an established wedding and events business launching a membership for couples who want to plan their own wedding, but would like professional tools, guidance and access to an experienced wedding planner along the way. This is not intended to be a traditional wedding planner advert or simply a cinematic wedding montage. We want a modern, premium, conversion-focused video that identifies common wedding planning frustrations and clearly shows how Planning Club solves them. The Product A&C Planning Club costs £39 per month with no long-term contract and includes: • Full access to VowFlow, our online wedding planning hub • Planning dashboard and step-by-step checklist • Budget, guest, supplier, document and timeline management • Monthly live wedding planning sessions • Monthly group Ask a Planner Q&A • One private Ask a Planner question each month • Planning guides, resources and checklists • Planning community and supplier access Our key message is: Plan your own wedding, with a planner in your corner. We do NOT want to position Planning Club as a cheap alternative to full wedding planning. Our ideal member wants to plan their own wedding and make their own decisions, but wants better organisation, professional guidance and someone knowledgeable to turn to when they need advice. The Story We envisage the video moving through three stages: 1. The Problem Show the reality of planning a wedding yourself: spreadsheets, supplier emails and messages, budgets, notes and checklists everywhere, not knowing what to do next and worrying something important has been forgotten. Possible on-screen questions: “What should we be booking next?” “Are we spending too much?” “Have we forgotten something?” “Does our timeline actually work?” 2. The Solution Introduce A&C Planning Club and VowFlow. We want genuine footage/screen recordings of VowFlow incorporated into the video, showing areas such as the dashboard, checklist, budget, guest list, suppliers, documents and timeline. VowFlow should feel like a significant part of the membership, not just appear briefly in the background. We can provide platform access, screenshots and other assets. 3. The Human Support Planning Club isn't just software. Members receive professional support through live sessions, group Q&As and one private Ask a Planner question every month. A message we particularly like is: “And when the software can't answer the question... we can.” The video should move from overwhelm to the feeling we want Planning Club to create: Organised. Confident. Supported. Excited about planning again. Potential ending: You make the decisions. We'll help you make them confidently. A&C Planning Club | £39 per month | Cancel anytime Style Our branding is elegant, modern, warm and professional. We want the video to feel: • Premium but approachable • Modern and engaging • Warm and energetic • Professional • Wedding-focused without being overly traditional We do not want something corporate, cheesy or overly romantic. We can provide branding, website visuals, VowFlow footage/screenshots, real wedding content and other existing assets. We are also very open to creative input. Deliverables Ideally: • Main 30–45 second promotional video • Approx. 15-second advertising edit • 6–10 second short/hook edit • Vertical 9:16 version for Reels, Stories and TikTok • Feed-friendly Meta version • Captioned/subtitled versions • Clean version without captions where appropriate • Ideally 2–3 alternative opening hooks for ad testing Content will be used across our website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and paid Meta advertising. Who We're Looking For We are particularly interested in creators with experience producing short-form content designed to generate clicks, enquiries, leads or sales, rather than purely brand-awareness videos. When responding, please include relevant examples of your work, particularly paid/social advertising content, your initial ideas for the project, what you would need from us, what is included in your price, number of revisions and expected turnaround time. We are not looking for someone simply to combine stock wedding footage with music and text. We want a creator who can make an engaged couple stop scrolling, recognise their own planning frustrations and quickly understand why A&C Planning Club could help them.

an hour ago8 proposalsRemoteThe Mersey Water Boys
I have adapted my narrative poem 'The Mersey Water Boys' to song lyrics. The piece set initially in 1969 and tells of two scousers working on a sewage farm which they accidentally set on fire. This initiates Greek God vengence and revenge by the pollution of the uk water system. In a fully abstract, artistic video that pulls viewers into a an initially optimistic mood and then darkens then into chaotic pollution and shareholders greed. The concept hinges on bold, vibrant colour work (1960s, reds oranges to darker 1970s browns purples) muted tones and unmistakably surreal imagery—think floating shapes, impossible landscapes. The finished piece should run roughly the length of the song (about four and a half minutes) and flow rhythmically with the beat. I’m open to how you realise the visuals. Key words, phrases from the lyrics could be effective as the lyrics are central. Maybe mixing the sound track in a vibrating guitar string like or jagged sound track shape. The track has a male and female lead singers with a chorus. Audio will be supplied in WAV; you handle everything visual, including any motion graphics, compositing, colour grading, and subtle effects sync. Deliverables • Final video in 4K MP4 (and a 1080p down-res). • A 30-second teaser cut suitable for social media. • Project/source files so I can archive or commission future edits. Once we agree on a direction and cost I’ll share the song, a rough beat-synced storyboard, and reference images to guide the mood. Looking forward to collaborating on something visually unforgettable.

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer / corporate brochure designer to create a professional 4–6 page A4 capability statement for an established painting business. The document will be used for Meet the Buyer meetings with builders, property managers, commercial organisations and councils, so we are looking for a polished B2B design rather than a typical residential trade brochure or flyer. What we already have Most of the groundwork has been completed. We will provide: Logo and existing branding Business information Written content Painting services and capabilities Key strengths and differentiators Project photographs Two detailed project case studies Testimonials Insurance/compliance information Contact details and call to action There is more written content than we expect to use. What we're looking for The finished document should be: Modern, clean and professional Highly visual with strong use of project photography Commercial/B2B in appearance Easy to scan and not text-heavy Suitable for builders, property managers, strata and council/procurement audiences Professional enough to present at face-to-face buyer meetings Designed for both print and digital/email use The business should come across as reliable, trustworthy, professional and quality-focused, while retaining the personal feel of an owner-led business. The two project case studies include a multi-stage strata painting project and a 12-unit new-construction apartment development, so we would like these presented visually as evidence of capability rather than as long blocks of text. Deliverables Approximately 4–6 page A4 capability statement / brochure Print-ready high-resolution PDF Email-optimised PDF Editable source file Clickable contact/website details in digital version QR code Layout that can be updated with additional projects in the future We are happy for the designer to recommend whether 4, 5 or 6 pages produces the strongest result. We are particularly interested in seeing examples for construction, property, engineering, trades or other B2B service businesses. We are not looking for a basic Canva/template design. We are looking for a talented UI / visual web designer with strong art direction skills to create a new visual direction for an established B2B company operating in the field of sensory marketing and customer experience. The company provides solutions that help brands create engaging and memorable customer experiences in physical commercial spaces. Its offering combines sensory marketing, digital media, content and technology. What we need This is a visual design project, not a development project. Who we are looking for We are particularly interested in designers who are strong not only in UX/UI, but also in visual communication, graphic design and art direction. The ability to create distinctive hero concepts, graphics, visual storytelling and a coherent visual language is important to us. I'm looking for a freelancer to fix the following: Following a hack, my Wordpress website needs attention, as it is showing as blank. Two specific, bounded fixes needed: - The `main-min.js` script error causing the blank page - The fatal error blocking the **Fount Framework** plugin from activating. Also, the website has a WP File Manager plugin (which may be how the hack occurred). Is it still needed? If not, this will need to be removed. If it is, make sure it's fully updated. I would like the outcome to be that my website is restored. I have a site recovery summary created with Claude (which I can share with whoever takes on the job).
