Merge data from 2 seperate text files in an excel spreadsheet on a daily basis

I have a bricks and mortar shop selling Cds and Vinyl i can produce a tab delimited file of all items in stock. (TABFILE.TXT)

I would like to compare this to an excel spreadsheet of items i sell overnight online to see which items i have in stock in my shop before ordering from our drop shippers. We can do this by "merging both spreadsheets matching by sku code.

I want this to be automated as we need to run this routine at least once or twice every day so it needs to be fully automated

the data can be matched using the field "Catalogue" in the TABFILE and "sku/item#" in the checkout report

The results need to show columns a b c d e from sample check out and all columns from the Tabfile all in one row
