- Has a very reasonable hourly rate, can quote per project, and charges less than the time he works
- Gives you a realistic deadline and sticks to it
- Is responsive and communicates very well
- Does small additions requirements within the price (as long as you don't take the...)
- Gives you a good amount of time to test and discover any bugs, which he fixes quickly
- Is an ultra conscientious VB programmer who I couldn't ask for more from
I hope I haven't shot myself in the foot and he can't fit me in now... -
