Macro to Build report and send email

General information for the business: we are internet based procurement site
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of every module: we are looking for a Macro that will build 9 different Audit emails multiplied by the number of customers/suppliers within the report and then send these individual audits to the relevant email addresses.

We have all the relevant reports and and mailing lists as we currently process these manually.
Description of requirements/functionality: it needs to:
1. build an email including relevant data and files attached
2. send the email to the correct people.
3. we would like this to be a manual button so we can monitor and decide when the audit is sent.
