Excel macro/vba report

General information for the business: elearning reports from moodle LMS

Description of every module: I run elearning courses in moodle and wish to have a nicely formatted report available to clients. moodle outputs a basic report in csv format. I would like Excel macro/vba to take this basic data and produce an A4 landscape report.
Description of requirements/functionality: Macro/vba asks how many activities are included in the csv file and then formats the A4 report with the required number of columns. I have attached an example of the csv file and a template as to how the report should look.

OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes:
The data in the spreadsheet is not related to the report template (which is a Word mockup). I would want to be able to sort the data in Excel prior to finalising as a pdf.
