I need an interface between Excel and Outlook

1. I have a large database of approximately 140,000 email addresses
2. I want to use Microsoft Outlook to send emails to every customer
3. I want to send an email to 100 customers at a time otherwise I get caught in spamtraps, I will name this ‘Blocks’. (So every 100 email addresses = 1 Block)
4. I want 1 minute gap between sending blocks
5. I want you to write a programme that will go into the database, take the next Block, send an email to all the addresses (100) in the Block, wait 1 minute, take the next block etc etc until I stop the programme
6. So if the programme runs for 10 mins it will send 10 x 100 emails (10 Blocks) – in other words the same email to 1,000 customers
