Experience Level: Expert
We have a shared order number spreadsheet but it is being abused as we have relaxed the authorisation. Therefore we need to bring it back. I need to somehow send an email to the admins when someone adds a new line. Ideally, it won't give them the order number until it is authorised (although it is sequential numbering). I am not sure this is done but seem to remember seeing it somewhere in the past.
