I run a UK fitness brand and have a fully drafted 12-week, two-sessions-per-week glute-focused training programme for women. I need a UK Level 3+ qualified personal trainer to review it, correct it, and sign it off. This is desk-based, remote work. No filming, no in-person sessions, no travel. Around four hours in total. The programme is unpublished and commercially sensitive — I'll ask you to keep it confidential. WHAT I NEED 1. Review and correct the written programme — exercise selection, sets and reps, weekly progression, and the warm-up. It is already written; your job is expert correction, not authoring. One specific task within this: weeks 5-12 currently require a barbell and a cable machine. Please replace those with equivalents that work with dumbbells, a bench and a resistance band, keeping the progression intact. Progression should come from reps, tempo, sets and single-leg variations rather than from equipment. Customers train at home, in a gym, or both, so the core programme must work without gym equipment. 2. Written sign-off with your name and qualifications, confirming the CORRECTED programme is safe and appropriate for healthy adult women.
