Telemarketing and database cleanse

We are an online recruitment system - not an agency.

We have about 4000 customers on an old platform that we want to migrate to our new system. All customers signed up of their own accord and we have all contact details. A lot of customers are old and have not used the service for a long time. We need someone to call all customers, to validate the account details, to inform of the new platform and to try and push the benefits of the service.

This is not cold calling as all customers have previously signed up but you will need to get a few key points across and we need to measure the success of the exercise by how many of the old customers log back in and/or start using thew new platform.
