As discussed with the client- data supplied by them was in accurate and there were duplications. In many cases only a contact name and no company name was supplied and it was not until the contact was called it became clear the company was a duplicate. This led to in efficiency.
I acted on feedback but the client did not respond quickly to queries raised about data and their CRM, which therefore meant a knock on delay in continuing and completing the project.
