Which CRM system, implementation for email marking & linkedin

The product is a range of South African Quality wine very competitively priced.
I work on a commission basis and do not have my own website - just a link to the main web page.
I have very limited computer software experience except the usual MS365.
I have recently taken on the role of international sales aimed initially at UK/Ireland. Other areas will follow.
I have invested in a database of wine importers and distributors. I have created a linkedin account that I also need help with.
I need to start with my database sending emails etc but which CRM to use (Mailchimp or Dynamics 365 etc)
What I believe what i require is person to guide me through these processes successfully.
Currently I have no customers so the budget is tight.
