Thank you for your review. It seems only fair that I reply as this is so out of place bearing in mind my current reviews that I think it stands out as been strange. Firstly the budget and invoice for your campaign and the amount I charged was £40.00. Because I quickly recognised that your expectations of paying this amount for 10 meetings when you had no data at all would be impossible. However...for this 40 in order to help with your campaign. I supplied 100 contacts. I also sent you a copy of your dialler report showing that I had done the first and second round of calls and there had been over 100 dialouts but as I explained at the time there were such a lot of no replies that unless you wished to commit to a longer trial and a higher budget that the £40.00 it was not feasible for me to continue. So I allowed you to have the data and just charged for the costs that had been incurred to me. I can see that your upset about this but I did try to manage your expectations at the outset and I have attached my email to this response.

The proposal was for 100 dial outs with feedback from the calls .
If however you mean that you wanted to pay £70 for 100 calls 10 meetings and if 3 cancel from that then have a reduced invoice then I think you would be asking quite a lot from a freelancer as one round of 100 calls would take approx 6 and half hours. Also 10 meetings from 100 cold calls is quite high....Please dont take this as a negative im just trying to be as honest with you as I can.

Cardiff, GBJenny was genuine, trustworthy, reliable and well organised. Unfortunately only 1 appointment made from 350 leads which was disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback Kevin and thank you for your payment. There was 350 leads and I know that you bought them from a data provider and you was expecting a higher number of appointments.(Funeral Plan Campaign) As I mentioned the problem was that in the majority of cases people were saying that they had not completed a survey...there was a lot of answermachines also. The campaign was for 10 hours and as you know I did more hours than this on the campaign to try to catch these people in and made over 800 dialouts to give the data a good try. I am pleased that you have the one solid appointment and there were some in the pipeline which you will follow up. But thanks again for your comments which I will take on board and best of luck with your campaign.
