Telesales -appointment setting and lead generation.

I am attending a trade show next week and require someone to set appointments with leads generated and follow up on all contacts. I also hav e a large database of cleansed data and if this goes well there will be ongoing work in cold-calling and setting appointments with them. Someone local to Manchester would be preferred, but happy to consider others. Please let me know how you will assure me of the quality of work and record calls made.
