    When you suggest data, are you referring to the numbers to call?
    - if yes, do you already conduct the TPS check or does it need to be done by the freelancer?

    The 12 hours, are they at any specific times?
    - I'm assuming between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday as these would be business hours
