- Answering customer queries on our various selling platforms (Email, Etsy, NOTHs)
- Contacting our shipping agent (DHL) by telephone when packages are lost, require re-delivery or where additional paperwork is required
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints
- A live chat module may be added to our website at a later date
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) at least native level.
- Must be readily available on Skype, telephone and Whatsapp during working hours (9-5BST). You will not need to work the full 9-5 but its essential that you are online when you are working.
- Must be comfortable using the telephone to call customers etc
- Comfortable with Google Docs - speadsheets, word etc.
