We require a customer service operator for our luggage brand to work remotely in fulfilling the following roles.
Please be sure to answer the screening questions and state your hourly rate when replying.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering customer queries on our various selling platforms (Email, Etsy, NOTHs)
- Contacting our shipping agent (DHL) by telephone when packages are lost, require re-delivery or where additional paperwork is required
- Dealing with and resolving customer complaints
- A live chat module may be added to our website at a later date
MUST HAVES:
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) at least native level.
- Must be readily available on Skype, telephone and Whatsapp during working hours (9-5BST). You will not need to work the full 9-5 but its essential that you are online when you are working.
- Must be comfortable using the telephone to call customers etc
- Comfortable with Google Docs - speadsheets, word etc.
