I’m looking for an experienced landing page designer/developer to build a professional, high-converting landing page for a demolition company operating across London and Essex. The landing page will be used specifically for Google Ads, so the main goal is to generate qualified enquiries, phone calls and requests for quotations/site visits. We already have an existing website, branding, company information and images. I can also provide the content and direction for the page, so I am mainly looking for someone who can turn this into a professional, trustworthy and conversion-focused landing page. The occupier initially booked through Airbnb and, while already staying at the property, requested a longer stay for relocation purposes. We subsequently entered into a six-month short-term letting agreement. I have since been advised that, despite the wording of the agreement, the arrangement may legally constitute an assured periodic tenancy. There have since been issues with delayed payments. Given the nature of the longer-term occupation, I have also requested Right to Rent verification and other supporting information. Here is the autocad file. It's on a steep hill. I think the view should be kindof from the right-hand corner to showcase that main level overhang. I've changed layers on the autocad file - made "3D" layers so that it would be better bringing it into sketchup. But.... it's too much for me to do as a near-first project in sketchup.
