Graphic Designer Needed for Hotel Launch Flyer / Mini Brochure

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a high-quality flyer or mini brochure for the launch of Sefton Place, a new boutique aparthotel, retreat venue and event space near Arundel, West Sussex. This is initially a relatively small and time-sensitive project, as the finished materials will be used at launch events taking place at the beginning of September 2026. However, our wider aim is to build an ongoing relationship with a designer who can support us with a complete suite of branded print and marketing materials following the launch. ### About Sefton Place Sefton Place is a restored Victorian property set within approximately one acre of grounds in the South Downs National Park, close to the historic town of Arundel. The property is being transformed into a wellness-led boutique destination featuring: * 15 individually designed guest studios and rooms * A separate five-bedroom house * A flexible event, meeting and wellness studio * Landscaped grounds, a wildlife pond, wildflower meadow and outdoor yoga and stargazing areas * Space for private events, retreats, workshops, corporate gatherings and group stays The brand combines heritage character with a contemporary, design-led and nature-focused feel. We already have an established logo, colour palette, fonts and brand guidelines, which will be supplied to the successful freelancer. ### Initial Project We require a professionally designed flyer or mini brochure that can be printed and distributed at our launch events. The document should provide an attractive overview of our events space and communicate the different ways the venue can be used, including: * Wellness retreats * Private events and celebrations * Corporate meetings and away days * Workshops, classes and creative events The design will need to feel consistent with the Sefton Place brand and should be elegant, premium, welcoming and visually engaging. Copy will be provided. ### Deliverables We anticipate the initial deliverables will include: * One print-ready flyer or mini brochure * Suitable versions for professional printing and digital sharing * Editable source files * Reasonable revisions following our initial feedback We are open to recommendations on the most appropriate format, page count, size and fold style. ### Longer-Term Opportunity Following the launch and completion of our professional photography, we plan to create a full suite of branded marketing materials.
