Product UI / Design System Designer for Hospitality SaaS

I’m looking for an experienced Product UI / UX Designer to help define the visual language for my SaaS platform, Grace. Grace is a hospitality operating system covering reservations, CRM, loyalty, marketing, reporting, EPOS and AI. The platform is already well into development and contains the majority of the required functionality. This is NOT a “design my app from scratch” project. The workflows already exist. I need somebody to take an existing product and turn it into a polished, premium SaaS experience. What already exists * Existing working application * Existing design system * Comprehensive UI Requirements Catalogue * Premium UI kits for inspiration * Hundreds of implemented screens and workflows * Existing React / Tailwind codebase What I need I am not expecting every screen in the application to be designed. Instead, I want somebody to define the visual language that everything else will follow. Deliverables would include: * Production-ready Figma Design System * Typography * Colour palette * Spacing system * Elevation and shadows * Iconography * Buttons * Inputs * Tables * KPI cards * Navigation * Drawers * Modals * Charts * Empty states * Loading states * Design tokens I’d also like approximately 8-10 flagship screens redesigned, such as: * Dashboard * Guest Profile * Reporting * Reservations * Host Screen * Marketing * AI Panel * Settings The remaining screens will then be implemented using this design language. Style I am aiming for a premium B2B SaaS product. Think: * Linear * Vanta * Stripe Dashboard * Notion * Raycast * Modern Apple interfaces I already own premium UI kits which can be used for inspiration, particularly around analytics, widgets and charts. I do not want these copied. They should simply inform the visual direction. The final product should have its own identity. Important This project is about creating a cohesive design system, not producing hundreds of individual screens. Experience designing complex SaaS products is much more important than experience creating marketing websites. Draftline Apparel, a US clothing brand based in Austin, Texas, designs shirts and hoodies for tabletop and video game fans. We are looking for an illustrator to create a set of original print designs for our next drop. The work covers three themed collections of four designs each, twelve in total, aimed at people who play tabletop RPGs, strategy games and retro-style video games. Think dice, dungeons, pixel aesthetics, dragons, spaceships and the in-jokes that community recognizes — but expressed through our own original characters and ideas, not existing ones. We will provide written concept briefs, a moodboard, and our brand style guide. Here is the firm, non-negotiable requirement, so please read it before applying. Every design must be one hundred percent original. I need a graphic designer who can help me complete a Photoshop streetwear t shirt graphic that now needs preparing as production-ready artwork. This is not a redesign. After receiving my first screen-printed sample from the manufacturer, I noticed that many of the outlines printed with jagged, stepped and uneven edges rather than the smooth lines and curves intended in the original design (please see the attached sample photos). I believe this may be because the artwork is raster-based, so I need it professionally refined into clean, production-ready vector artwork suitable for high-quality screen printing. The existing artwork should be used. The finished result must be visually identical to the original design and all jagged or stepped outlines have been refined into perfectly smooth, clean lines. You may use Adobe Illustrator’s Image Trace as part of your workflow if appropriate, provided the final artwork is professionally refined and the finished vector contains perfectly smooth, clean lines suitable for high-quality screen printing. Deliverables required: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) – editable master file EPS PDF SVG The pantone colour must be preserved, and the finished artwork must be visually identical to the original design, while being fully scalable for professional screen printing.
