I would like to duplicate my existing IONOS blog (in Wordpress) to Substack, keeping my current site live and unchanged. The reason I want to do this is to attract more of an audience to my writing. An example of a blog post is as follows: https://heartmindbreathe.com/basic-sanity-returning-to-whats-already-here/ This is not a request for migration. Fluent English is a must, as I want to be walked through the process so that it's something I can continue to manage myself, rather than have it done for me. I anticipate this taking two or three short online sessions alongside the practical setup. Please only apply if you're comfortable explaining things clearly.

Simple Wix Website Build
Wix Website Developer Brief — Electrical Advice UK Project: Build a simple, professional Wix website for a new UK consumer service called Electrical Advice UK. The business provides independent electrical advice to homeowners. It does not carry out electrical installation work. Customers will pay for help with electrical faults, electrician quotations, EICRs and second opinions on proposed electrical work. The website should look trustworthy, modern and straightforward. It must feel like an independent consumer advice service, not an electrical contractor website. Main pages and functionality Home — clear introduction and four main services. Electrical Fault Help — customer completes a short questionnaire, pays online and then books a 15-minute callback/online consultation using Wix Bookings. This is the ONLY service that should use Wix Bookings. Check My Quote — customer completes a form, uploads an electrician's quotation/photos, pays a fixed fee and receives the review later by email. No appointment booking. Second Opinion — for customers who have been told they need a rewire, new consumer unit or significant remedial work. Form + document/photo upload + payment. Response by email. No appointment booking. EICR Help — customer uploads an EICR, completes a form and pays. The report is reviewed and explained by email. No appointment booking. Help & Advice — Wix Blog or equivalent, presented to customers as “Help & Advice”. This will contain SEO articles about common electrical problems and costs. About — explain the electrical industry experience behind the service and emphasise that the business does not sell installation work. Main navigation Home | Fault Help | Check My Quote | Second Opinion | EICR Help | Help & Advice | About A single Get Help button can also appear in the header. Do not add Shop, Get a Quote, Notifications or a general Book Online menu item. Initial pricing Electrical Fault Help: £12.95–£14.95 Check My Quote: £19.95 Electrical Second Opinion: £19.95 EICR Help: £19.95 Prices should be easy for me to change later. Forms Forms should support name, email, telephone where relevant, postcode, description of the problem, relevant background questions, photograph upload and PDF/document upload. Payment must be collected online before the service is submitted/booked. Fault Help booking Only Electrical Fault Help requires appointments. Customer journey: Fault Help page → questionnaire → payment → select available 15-minute appointment → callback/online consultation I do not want my personal telephone number displayed publicly. Website style Use a clean white background, dark navy text and electric-blue accents. Avoid yellow, orange and typical “electrician” branding such as flames, large lightning bolts, spanners or tradespeople posing with tools. The site needs to look professional and reassuring to ordinary UK homeowners and work especially well on mobile phones. I will provide the Electrical Advice UK logo. Homepage message Main headline: Electrical Problem? Unsure What Your Electrician Is Telling You? Supporting text: Get independent electrical advice before paying for a call-out or committing to expensive work. Display four prominent service cards: Electrical Fault Help Check My Electrician's Quote Do I Really Need This Work? Explain My EICR A prominent trust message should say: Independent Advice — We Don't Sell Electrical Installation Work SEO / Help & Advice The website should be set up correctly for Google indexing and basic on-page SEO. Initial Help & Advice topics will include: RCD Keeps Tripping, Fuse Box Keeps Tripping, MCB Keeps Tripping, Sockets Not Working, Electrician Call-Out Charges, Electrician Hourly Rates, House Rewire Cost, Consumer Unit Replacement Cost, EICR Cost, and Does My House Need Rewiring? I will provide the article content separately. Legal/footer pages Please create placeholders/pages for: Contact | Terms & Conditions | Privacy Policy | Disclaimer | Safety Information | Refund/Cancellation Policy The site must make clear that remote advice cannot replace physical inspection and electrical testing where necessary. Important instruction Do not use Wix AI to automatically create or restructure the services. Do not add Wix Bookings to Quote Check, Second Opinion or EICR Help. Wix Bookings is ONLY for Electrical Fault Help. The finished website should be simple enough for me to update prices, text, blog articles and booking availability myself after handover. Quote required Please quote a fixed price for completing the site and confirm: 1. Examples of Wix sites you have built 2. Whether Wix forms, payments, uploads and Bookings are included 3. Number of revisions included 4. Delivery time 5. That I retain full ownership and editing access to the Wix site

World in Frame is a growing travel content brand focused on authentic travel, local culture, hidden places, viewpoints, street food, festivals and cinematic travel storytelling. Content is currently published across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I already have the World in Frame branding, logo, banner, photos and video content. I am looking for someone to turn this into a professional website that visually matches the existing brand. WHAT I NEED: • Modern, premium travel-style website • WordPress or another easy-to-use CMS • Fully responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop • Fast loading and optimized images • Easy administration – I must be able to add/edit content myself without coding • Homepage with strong visual hero/banner • Destinations section • Travel Stories / Blog • Videos section with YouTube integration • Photo galleries • Travel Guides / useful travel information • About World in Frame • Contact page • Social media links/integration – YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok • Newsletter/email signup ready for future use • Basic SEO setup • Google-friendly structure • Contact form • SSL/HTTPS setup • Cookie/privacy basics • Google Analytics / Search Console ready • Possibility to expand the website later DESTINATIONS: The website is NOT only about Asia. It should be structured so I can create destinations by continent, country and location, for example: Asia Thailand Bangkok Chiang Mai Phuket Europe Poland Krakow United Kingdom London ...and continue adding new countries and destinations in the future. CONTENT MANAGEMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT: After completion I want to manage the website myself. For example, while travelling I should be able to log in, create a new travel post, upload photos, write text, embed a YouTube video, choose a destination/category and publish it without contacting the developer. I do NOT want to depend on the developer for normal website updates. OWNERSHIP & ACCESS: The website, domain, hosting and administrator accounts must remain fully under my ownership/control. Once the project is completed and paid for, I must receive full administrator access and all necessary credentials. I must be able to change passwords after handover and manage the website independently. No ongoing developer access should be required. DESIGN: The website should look modern, cinematic and premium – not like a generic travel blog template. The design should follow my existing World in Frame visual identity. I will provide the logo, banner, photographs and examples. Dark/black visual elements combined with strong travel photography can be used where appropriate. IMPORTANT: Please send examples of travel, photography, media or content websites you have previously created. Please also confirm: 1. Which CMS/platform you recommend. 2. Whether I will have full administrator access. 3. Whether I can easily publish posts/photos/videos myself. 4. What is included in your fixed price. 5. How many revisions are included. 6. Estimated completion time. 7. Whether the website will be optimized for mobile and basic SEO. 8. Whether you can assist with connecting the domain and hosting. We want coverage on established UK publications, national media, high-authority travel websites, lifestyle magazines and wedding or events websites. The ideal person will: Have existing relationships with editors or publications Provide examples of previously published articles Suggest suitable publications before starting Write engaging, original articles with genuine editorial value Secure a relevant link to our website where permitted Focus on quality publications with real readership and traffic We are not interested in link farms, sponsored-post networks, low-quality blogs or bulk backlink packages. Please include: Publications you can realistically secure coverage on Examples of your previous work Expected cost per placement Whether publication fees are included Estimated timescale This could become regular ongoing work for the right journalist. is there anywhere else I can post this type of job, Yes. I would post it in these places: Upwork Best alternative to PeoplePerHour. You can examine previous work, ratings and relevant media experience. Journalism.co.uk A specialist UK journalism website with a recognised media jobs board and freelance directory. LinkedIn Post the opportunity and search for: Freelance digital PR consultant Travel PR specialist Freelance travel journalist Editorial outreach specialist Creativepool Useful for finding UK journalists, PR professionals and content specialists. We run Northbridge Candle Co., a handmade candle and home fragrance brand on Shopify. The store has been live for about a year, we have ~30 SKUs, and organic traffic has been flat for months. We're looking for someone to handle on-page SEO for our homepage and 6 core product pages as a first small project. What we need delivered: Keyword research — 1 primary and 2–3 secondary keywords per page, based on real search volume and buyer intent (not just guessing). Rewritten title tags, meta descriptions and H1s that actually reflect the keywords. Product descriptions rewritten or edited so keywords sit naturally in the copy — no stuffing, our brand voice needs to survive. Image alt text for all product images. A short internal linking plan showing which pages should link to which and why. A one-page summary of everything that was changed and the reasoning. Delivery in a shared Google Doc so we can review before publishing. We'll implement on our side, unless you'd prefer to push the changes directly through Shopify (either works). We already have Google Search Console and GA4 set up and can share access. We're based in the US market, English only. Why this is worth your time even though the scope is small: We're deliberately starting with a small paid test project. We have a real ongoing SEO roadmap planned for Q1 — blog content (2–4 posts per month), off-page/link building, and SEO for two new product lines launching in January. If this first round is solid, we'd move straight into a monthly retainer with the same person. In your bid please include: - 1–2 examples of similar e-commerce or Shopify SEO work you've done (screenshots or links are fine) - Your suggested approach for our 7 pages - Realistic delivery timeline Timeline for this first project: ideally 7–10 days from kickoff. Thanks for reading — looking forward to your proposals.

Book Launch Funnel & Content Repurposing Strategist
PLEASE NOTE: AI-GENERATED APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED! We are a publishing agency looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to support us with book launch funnels, launch strategy, and content repurposing campaigns for nonfiction authors. We are looking for someone who can potentially become a long-term collaborator, as we are currently expanding the marketing side of our publishing services. ## What We Are Looking For We currently have two types of projects: 1. 3-Month Book Launch Campaign We already have an existing publishing offer for which we need support developing and executing a 3-month book launch strategy. 2. 6-Month Book Launch + Repurposing Campaign We are also developing a larger publishing offer that includes a 6-month marketing campaign: 3 months before the book launch and 3 months after the launch. The major difference is that these authors will also be actively guesting on podcasts. The goal is to create an interconnected marketing ecosystem: Book + Podcast Appearances → Repurposed Content → Audience Building → Leads → Pre-orders → Book Launch → Continued Book Sales We are not simply looking for someone to post content on social media. We want someone who understands strategy, funnels, repurposing, and customer journeys. We particularly value someone who can bring their own ideas and strategic thinking to the table rather than following a generic marketing template! ## Screening Task To help us find the right person, we have created a small screening task based on a real book we recently published. For the purpose of this exercise, imagine the book has not yet been published and will launch in three months Book: Escape the 9–5 Manuscript: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j-KPlPSlcMmGb1C3g3JfdJsvcohk551p/view?usp=sharing Based on the book, please create a book launch funnel. 1. The funnel: Show the complete customer journey for Dina. 2. 90-day launch roadmap: What happens in Month 1, Month 2 and Month 3? What would they actually prioritize? 3. Repurposing example: Choose ONE specific section/idea from Dina's manuscript and show exactly how they'd turn it into, say, 5 pieces of content across different formats. 4. Implementation: What would they personally build/manage versus what resources would they need from your team? 5. Tech + automation: What tools would they use to build the funnel? Where would they use AI/automation, and where would they require human quality control? 6. KPIs: What would they measure to determine whether the funnel is working, and what would they change if it isn't? 7. Real-world constraint: Give them something like: “The author has a small existing audience and a limited advertising budget. What would you prioritize?” Book Content → Awareness → Lead → Pre-order → Launch → Continued Book Sales We intentionally do NOT want to give you a detailed formula for the funnel. Part of this screening is seeing what YOU would create from the book and how you think strategically. This does not need to be beautifully designed or developed into a complete marketing strategy. Please keep it to one or two pages. We mainly want to understand your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to turn a book into a cohesive launch campaign. ## Previous Experience & Work Samples Please share 2–3 examples of relevant work you have done previously. Previous experience specifically with book launches is not required, but it is a big plus. Please also tell us a little about your experience and why you believe you would be a good fit for this collaboration. ## Pricing Please include your pricing expectations in your application. If possible, please provide an indication of what you would charge for: * A 3-month book launch strategy, funnel building, and content repurposing campaign * A 6-month book launch and repurposing campaign, including repurposing content from the author's podcast appearances ## How to Apply Please email your complete application by Sunday, September 13, 2026 Your application should include: * Your completed screening task * 2–3 relevant work samples * A short introduction about your experience * Any book launch or author marketing experience, if applicable * Your pricing expectations for the 3-month and 6-month campaigns Please make sure you read and understand the entire project description before applying. **Applications that do not include both the completed screening task and relevant work samples will not be considered.** After the deadline, we will review all complete applications and contact selected candidates with the next step.
