Linkedin Content Strategist & Daily Engagement Partner

I’m the Retail Director at a UK-based freight forwarding company. I want to build a strong, authentic personal brand on LinkedIn in the freight, logistics and supply chain space — with a particular focus on retail sector challenges and solutions. My goals: • Become a recognised voice and thought leader • Grow my follower base with the right people (retailers, supply chain/procurement professionals, logistics peers, decision-makers) • Increase meaningful engagement and inbound opportunities • Stay super active and visible in a smart, sustainable way I already create my own posts and graphics. I’m looking for a strategic partner who will guide the “what” and “when”, while also handling the heavy lifting on daily engagement. What you’ll be responsible for: 1. Content Strategy & Storyboarding Develop clear content pillars tailored to a Retail Director in freight forwarding. Create weekly/bi-weekly content calendars with post ideas, recommended formats (carousels, text, polls, short video, documents, etc.), strong hooks, and calls-to-action. Provide outlines or suggested copy (I will write the final versions and create all graphics). 2. Posting Schedule & Activations Recommend the best days/times for a UK B2B audience in 2026. Advise on LinkedIn algorithm best practices, what “activations” actually move the needle (polls, carousels, series, commenting strategies, etc.), and how to maximise reach and engagement. 3. Daily Niche Engagement (core part of the role) Thoughtfully comment on 20–50 relevant LinkedIn posts per day in the freight, logistics, supply chain, retail, and import/export space. Comments must be high-quality, value-adding and non-spammy (sharing insights, asking smart questions, adding perspective). This is manual work only. The goal is visibility, relationship-building and algorithm love. You’ll report on activity and results. 4. Follower Growth & Overall Strategy Give ongoing advice on profile optimisation, networking, content repurposing, and how to best use my current Botdog automation tool alongside organic activity. Help me market myself effectively and accelerate follower growth in a compliant way. 5. Reporting & Collaboration Weekly or fortnightly check-ins (Zoom or async) to review LinkedIn analytics, discuss what’s working, refine the strategy, and plan ahead. Track progress against clear KPIs (follower growth, engagement, profile views, quality of comments, etc.). What I will handle: • Writing and publishing all final posts + creating graphics • Day-to-day posting on my profile • Giving you any sector-specific insights you need Ideal freelancer: • Proven experience helping B2B executives or professionals grow their LinkedIn presence through content strategy + daily engagement (please share real results or case studies). • Strong understanding of current LinkedIn best practices (2026 algorithm, personal branding, what actually works for B2B service/industry profiles). • Excellent at crafting professional yet conversational B2B content ideas — especially in freight, logistics, supply chain or retail (prior experience in these sectors is a big plus). • Reliable and disciplined with daily engagement work. You enjoy being active on LinkedIn and know how to comment in a way that builds genuine connections. • Comfortable working with or advising on tools like Botdog. • UK/EU timezone preferred (or very flexible). • 100% committed to staying within LinkedIn’s Terms of Service (manual, high-quality commenting only — no automation for comments). How we’ll work: This is an ongoing role. I’d like to start with a 4-week trial, then move to a monthly retainer if it’s a good fit. Please include in your proposal: • Why you’re the right person for this (and any relevant niche experience) • Your approach to daily commenting (include 2–3 examples of strong vs weak comments in a B2B context) • 3–5 suggested content pillar/theme ideas specifically for a Retail Director in freight forwarding • A sample 1-week content idea list (5–7 post concepts) • Your proposed weekly time commitment and rate (hourly or monthly package) • Links to relevant work, portfolio, or your own LinkedIn profile so I can see your style and results Indicative budget: £800 – £1,100 per month (depending on experience, hours and results). 3D Printable Wall-Mounted Vertical Ant Farm Model Design Needed

I am looking for someone to design a vertical wall-mounted ant farm model that can be 3D printed. The model needs to be practical, secure, and designed properly for printing. It should be suitable for ants, with natural-looking tunnels and chambers visible from the front. The design will need to be supplied as printable STL/STEP files. ⸻ Main Design Requirements The ant farm should be designed as a vertical wall-mounted unit. It needs to: * Be easy and secure to wall mount. * Have a strong rear body/frame. * Include mounting holes or keyhole-style wall fixings. * Be stable once fitted to a wall. * Be suitable for 3D printing without unnecessary supports where possible. ⸻ Front Perspex Panel The front needs a recessed area to hold an A4 sheet of 3 mm Perspex. The Perspex size will be: 297 mm wide x 210 mm tall x 3 mm thick Please note: the Perspex must sit neatly into the front recess. The model also needs screw holes around the front so the Perspex can be fixed securely using M3 screws. I would like the screw holes positioned neatly around the Perspex, with enough support around them so the print does not crack when tightened. ⸻ Magnet Slots The model also needs small recesses for magnets to be glued into place. Magnet size: 4 mm wide x 2 mm deep These should be placed in sensible positions to help secure interchangeable side parts, covers, or connection pieces. The magnet holes should be slightly oversized to allow for glue and tolerance. ⸻ Natural Tunnel System The main visible section needs to include a natural-looking tunnel system, similar to the example image supplied. The tunnels should not look too geometric or artificial. I want: * Natural burrow-style tunnels. * Wider cave areas/chambers. * Larger voids for breeding, resting, or storing food. * Multiple routes up, down, left, and right. * Interconnecting tunnels. * Tunnels and chambers fully visible from the front through the Perspex. * Enough depth for ants to move comfortably. The tunnels should feel organic, but still printable and easy to clean where possible. ⸻ Side Connection System The design needs interchangeable side sections on both sides. These side sections should allow the user to either: 1. Connect multiple ant farm units together, or 2. Block the side opening if only using one unit. So I need: * Left and right side connection points. * Removable connector parts. * Removable blanking/blocking parts. * Secure fitting using magnets, screws, or a simple mechanical slot system. * The ability to expand the ant farm in the future by adding more printed units. ⸻ Foraging Area The design needs a foraging area built into it. This should be separate from the main tunnel section but connected so ants can access it. The foraging area needs to be large enough for: * Ants to explore. * Food to be placed inside. * Easy access for maintenance. * Good visibility. ⸻ Water / Sweet Water Area The model also needs a dedicated area large enough to place water or sweet water. This could be designed as: * A small removable tray area. * A recess for a small test tube/water tube. * A space to place a small feeding dish. I am open to suggestions on the best option, as long as it is practical, safe for ants, and easy to refill. ⸻ Printing Requirements The model must be designed for FDM 3D printing. Please design with the following in mind: * Printable on a standard large-format 3D printer. * Strong walls. * Minimal supports where possible. * Sensible tolerances for Perspex, magnets, screws, and connectors. * Parts should be split if needed to make printing easier. * The design should not rely on very fragile details. * Wall-mounted strength is important. Ideally, I would like files supplied in: * STL * STEP, if possible * Separate files for the main body, side connectors, blanking plates, and any removable parts ⸻ Style Reference I have attached an image showing the style I like. The tunnel system should be visible from the front and have a natural cave/burrow look, rather than straight lines or basic grids. I want the final design to look clean, modern, and functional, while still feeling like a natural ant habitat. ⸻ Final Deliverables Please provide: * Full 3D printable model files. * Separate printable parts where needed. * A version with the A4 Perspex recess. * Side connector pieces. * Side blanking/blocking pieces. * Magnet recesses. * M3 screw holes for the Perspex. * Wall mounting points. * Any notes on print orientation and assembly. ⸻ Important Notes The design must be practical, not just visually nice. This will be printed and used, so tolerances, strength, Perspex fitting, wall mounting, and ant access all matter. Please include examples of previous 3D printable product designs or functional models you have created. Designs for enclosures, terrariums, aquariums, modular systems, or mechanical parts would be helpful.
