Creative Audio Designer & Editor for Narrative Non-Fiction Essay

I am looking for a talented Sound Designer and Audio Editor to edit a high-quality audio version of a personal creative non-fiction essay titled "Dwelling." The piece (approx. 30 minutes) explores deep and sensitive themes. I have already recorded the English narration. I need a partner who can polish the vocal track and build an immersive, cinematic soundscape. This is not a standard corporate voiceover job. It is a piece of audio art. The soundscape should not just be "background music." It needs to be textured and atmospheric—using silence, ambient noise (e.g., distant London traffic, wind, subtle fire textures, museum ambience), and minimalism to support the narrator's voice, not overpower it. Key Responsibilities: Vocal Editing: Clean the raw English recording (remove breaths, mouth clicks, unwanted pauses) and ensure a consistent, warm, professional broadcast standard. Pacing & Rhythm: Adjust the timing of the narration to let the poignant moments breathe. You must have a strong grasp of narrative flow. Requirements: English Proficiency (Native/Bilingual Level): You must have excellent English listening skills to understand the subtle emotional inflections, irony, and gravity of the text. If you miss the nuance of a word, the sound design will be wrong. Creative Portfolio: You must provide examples of narrative work (audio drama, storytelling podcasts, radio documentaries, or artistic sound installations). Music production reels alone are not enough. Sensitivity: The subject matter is tragic and personal. The sound design must be respectful, never melodramatic or cheesy. I am looking for someone to edit our weekly podcasts. They need to have the following skills: 1. Good story telling - we will provide the podcast content on a weekly basis, they then need to pick out the best moments and create 3 - 5 teasers lasting 30 - 50 seconds. They need to select appropriate sound effects or music dependent on what has been said by the guest. Eg if something is sad, then sad music, if funny then funny sound effects or music to suit. Also on occasion include images that reference what is being said by guest. Along with the teaser, the final podcast in full. Currently our podcasts are plain and straightforward, with an intro and outro, no further sound effects or graphics, which we now want to introduce to make our podcasts more engaging. I need advice about using Affiliate Marketing

Hello, in the past, I had a website where all the products were affiliate links and I used to earn from it. (This was just a little sideline business to my main work at the time, but it did make quite good passive income using Amazon and a few other affiliate programmes). I had a friend who uses to do our SEO for free plus I got some PR on it myself which helped to draw traffic. I would like to get back into this, as with over 25 years experience in Retail I have the ability to curate collections of bestselling products and know what will sell well. I need advice as to how I do this best and at as little investment as possible. A website? Shopify? Pinterest? Instagram? Which is easiest? I would like to just stick with Amazon at this stage. I have a theme/niche that I would like to specialise in which I will keep private. But if you could give me some advice, or if indeed there is anyone who could help set this up for me and shoe me how and where to drop links etc. I'm very rusty on this- I have the "selecting products and branding capabilities" but not the tech side of things. Obviously if you can and are chosen to help me to set up, I will book that as another job, this first one is just to discuss. Ps. You see many Instagram posts regarding "side-hustles" for busy Mums, where they are simply working with affiliate links to generate income. Do these really work?
