For this one site, I would want either all bar one of the GTMs stripped out (and deleted) and the one remaining one set up fully and properly, or all old ones stripped out (and deleted), and a new one implemented. - Validate/Implement Google Ads Tracking on two sites. You must have good experience of Shopify (Plus), or explain why it is not necessary. The reason being you will be given the necessary permissions to make the necessary code changes on our sites, and I need to be sure you have done this before on a Shopify site. Actioning all and any of the above actions would be subject to your advice. I am happy to be told I have things wrong.
