I am looking for someone who can provide sites for specific niches. I have several large link building clients that are in need of constant good quality sites, no PBNs or link farming sites. I currently need as many UAE related sites as possible, this can mean the site is hosted in UAE, has mainly UAE traffic, the site relates to UAE, anything that is UAE related. The minimum metrics for each site are as follows: 2000 traffic 10 Trust Flow (MINIMUM) 30 Domain Rating If you can provide these sites then we can work together for the foreseeable future, this campaign is for UAE sites but I have other campaigns I will need sites for as well if this works out. Payroll Manager

We are looking for a payroll manager to assist our small but growing accountancy firm with our clients payroll needs. We have a mix of weekly, two weekly and monthly payrolls to be processed and submitted to HMRC / Pension Providers which are a mixed of fixed and variable salaries. You will also be capable of handling payroll queries and requests from clients. Construction Health and Safety Inspections

I need a fully qualified construction health and safety advisor to undertake on-site health and safety inspections in Lancashire. Two inspections are required each month with reports detailing non-conformances and corrective actions required. Inspections should be of a duration of between 30 and 60 minutes. Both sites will be in a proximity that the inspections could be done in one half day. Please provide an inspection report to showcase your work along with a full CV. I run a property sourcing company and our current CRM / Deal match software isn't achieving what I need, I feel Hubspot with automations can be a good fit, however I do not have the time and knowledge to set it up to ensure it saves us time and does everything it can. Arc GIS training for 2 members of our team

Hi, we are looking for someone who is expert in Arc GIS to help us with some internal training for 2 or 3 members of our team, online training is fine, and we would record the session for future reference back. We do a limited number of things in ArcGIS which creates the mapping for LVIAs as follows: - we create Site Context Plans of the project site we are looking at and a defined radius for residential developments, from 10 to 4,000 homes. We include datasets of designations, from government and local council websites. - we create topography plans for the same study area as above - we create landscape character plans which uses downloadable datasets and sometimes we have to draw the data if it is not available for the same study area as above - we create ZTVs and viewpoint location plans, using GPS points we have taken on site. So its training for creating the mapping, creating the sheets, downloading and importing the data, importing OS mapping, Its not complicated stuff, and some of it is already templated. but it is about helping the team to be confident with using GIS and giving them a good grounding into GIS. So I think perhaps training split into a couple of hours each session, over a course of sessions is probably the best way to train. We need good communicators who are experienced at training and explaining basics through to more complex ideas. I have included an example of mapping to give you a feel for what we produce for projects.
