API Integration & CRM Automation Specialist Needed (Long-Term Opportunity)

We're looking for an experienced API Integration & CRM Automation Specialist to help streamline our business processes and build reliable automation workflows.

Responsibilities

- Integrate third-party APIs (REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth)
- Set up and optimize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Build automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier
- Connect applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe, Airtable, Notion, OpenAI, and other SaaS platforms
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations
- Create scalable, well-documented automation solutions

Required Skills

- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication methods
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform
- Experience with automation tools (n8n preferred, Make.com or Zapier also acceptable)
- Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into automated systems
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and fluent English

Preferred

- Experience with OpenAI or other AI APIs
- Knowledge of JavaScript or Python
- Experience with databases such as Airtable, Supabase, or PostgreSQL
