Social media management for new running brand

I'm looking for a freelancer (not agency) to help me get the social media strategy correct for my start-up brand, initially building up followers and email subscribers for an initial small product launch in the coming months. I have some strong photography, what I believe is a good brand, nice product and a good Shopify website. I am creating video assets as well. But I need to understand the best way to deploy content effectively on Instagram/FB and probably Tiktok for maximum reach. I also want to spend on advertising on these platforms to accelerate following growth and drive email sign ups so need advice/guidance and/or complete management of these things to ensure I get it right. This is a real project, I'm serious about it and I want the right people. I think I'm fair in my expectations and reasonable to work with so hopefully it will be a good experience for all involved. It's a UK based project so UK preferred and must be able to communicate perfectly in English.
