Transcribe pdf files to word or txt files. I have a series of files that correspond to pictures transformed to PDF, from the notes of an historian. I want them transformed correctly into text. The text is in SPANISH. If you have a good OCR it could do more than half the work for you however you would still need to check the OCR.

    could you please let me know the total number of PDF files and pages, whether the documents are handwritten or printed, the quality of the scanned PDFs, the required output format (Word, TXT, or both), whether you need the original formatting to be preserved, and your expected deadline for completion?

    Hi Andres,

    Happy to help with the Spanish transcription this is squarely in what I do. Before I send a firm proposal, two quick questions so I quote you accurately:

    1. Are the notes handwritten or typed/printed? (This changes the process a lot typed text OCRs cleanly, handwriting needs careful manual work page by page.)
    2. Roughly how many pages total across the files?

    If you can share 1–2 sample pages, even better I'll confirm the OCR quality on your actual material so there are no surprises on either side.
