Hi I am looking for an UK-based experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor to assist with a complex issue regarding my copyrighted materials. These include written content and graphical images, which have been used without my authorisation. Skills and Experience Required: - Comprehensive understanding of copyright law - Previous experience in cases of copyright infringement - Proven track record in successful legal action against copyright violation My business (Shropshire Design) is having a big problem with a 'copycat' site that has, in the past used our images and texts. They now resort to imitating brand colours and using our texts and site design, but they tweak content (probably using an AI tool) but the content, site design and overall content is a direct derivative our ours and the site is deliberately mimicking our own site, adding similar new content and elements when we do.
