Revit model residential house

I have a full set of existing plans and elevations in PDF format and need them translated into a Revit model that captures all the key architectural elements. It's a single storey property in the UK. I'll provide my companies Revit template file, I can also share a couple of examples of what is expected in terms of output. This should be a pretty straight forward task for a competent Revit user, internally we would anticipate this being a 4-6 hour task. I have the potential to outsource this sort of work on an ongoing basis.

Professional Video Ad Creator (Financial Services)

We need a freelance video editor to create a professional 30–60 second video ad for Instagram and YouTube. The video should be aimed at attracting private investors in Ireland and should present the potential returns from past investment opportunities in a clear, credible and engaging way. The script will be provided and must be followed exactly, with voiceover matched to on-screen graphics. The style should feel polished, trustworthy and suitable for a financial services audience. We would expect clean title cards, simple transitions, animated figures or bar charts, and clear visual treatment of investment growth examples. The final video should be delivered in formats suitable for Instagram Reels and YouTube.

Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 70 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Rhino model of a house extension (timber variant) from AutoCAD

I am a French architect (registered practice) seeking an experienced Rhino modeller for a clean 3D model of a single-family house project in Normandy, France. Context. Existing stone farmhouse (longère type, approx. 17.7 × 7.5 m, slate gable roof) with an attached stone barn and a detached outbuilding. The project is a timber extension replacing the current dwelling volume: a compact two-storey body of approx. 12 × 9 m, double-height living space, fully glazed gable facing the terrace, exposed timber frame, slate roof. A photorealistic reference image of the intended architecture will be supplied. Inputs provided. 1. Dhg file with 2D plans at real scale in millimetres (existing state and project state, layered). 2. PDF booklet of the sketch phase: floor plans, axonometric views, elevations, architectural notice. 3. Site photographs. 4. Reference render of the timber option. Deliverables. 1. I'm building a gacha-style defense game for Roblox and need a VFX artist to bring 20 Guardian characters to life. Models, rigs, and animations are already done — I just need the effects. What I need (per Guardian): - Idle VFX - Basic attack VFX - Strong attack VFX - Spawn-in VFX Total: 4 VFX sets × 20 models = 80 VFX Style reference: bright, punchy, high-contrast — think gacha game quality.
