These models will create promotional videos at our base initially and potentially from their own home post successful hire. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential models in the London/Hertfordshire area who may be a good fit for the brand. Reach out to selected models to gauge their interest in collaboration. Facilitate initial communication and provide details about the project, including content creation requirements Provide a list of at least interested models who are ready to participate. Ideal Candidate: This one-off project is well-suited to someone with existing connections or knowledge of the influencer or modelling industry. If you are already involved with influencers or models and are looking for a short-term opportunity to help brands find new talent, this would be a great fit for you. This project requires developing an intricate Excel spreadsheet with advanced forecasting capabilities. The spreadsheet needs to allow for scenario modeling where key inputs like sales figures, expenses, and growth rates can be modified to analysis different outcomes. The interface should be intuitive for non-technical users to understand yet robust enough for number crunchers to extract insightful data. Specifically, the spreadsheet needs to forecast income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements for the next 3 years based on monthly projections. It needs to automatically pull in historical financials from the past 2 years for benchmarking purposes. Formulas calculating key metrics like EBITDA, operating margin, net income etc need to be integrated. Conditional formatting showing variances between base case and what-if scenarios is vital. Pivots and charts visualizing the implications of input tweaks on important KPIs over time must feature prominently. Finally, the file has to be designed for sharing within an organization, so well-organized sheets with descriptive names and titles are paramount alongside help documentation. Dear Sir/Madam, I do hope you are having a lovely day and everything is going well for you. I unfortunately was caught up in a Pump and Dump scheme with a stock several years ago. I experienced significant financial loses in the stock market. Since this incident, i have always been very tight with my finances, i never dare risk any money investing in my business. I believe i have some ongoing trauma from these stock market losses and i am not living a full life due to this. Interactive Polynomial Regression Model

I developed a real-time polynomial regression visualization that runs entirely in the browser using TensorFlow.js. The interactive demo allows users to click and drag to create data points, and watch as the model learns and adapts the polynomial curve in real-time. What makes this particularly special is how seamlessly it demonstrates complex mathematical concepts through intuitive visual interaction. Building this project taught me so much about the intersection of web development and machine learning. Using TensorFlow.js, I implemented dynamic data collection through interactive point plotting with mouse events, real-time model training where the neural network updates as you add new data points, live visualization with smooth curve rendering that responds instantly to changes, and optimized performance with efficient tensor operations running at 60fps in the browser. What excites me most about this project is how it demonstrates the power of client-side machine learning. No server required, no data leaving the user's device, yet we can perform sophisticated regression analysis with beautiful visualizations. This represents a fundamental shift in how we think about privacy-preserving machine learning and user experience design. My technical stack consisted of TensorFlow.js for machine learning operations, HTML5 Canvas for smooth visualizations, vanilla JavaScript for DOM manipulation and event handling, and CSS3 for responsive design. I deliberately chose this minimal but powerful combination to keep the focus on the core functionality while ensuring broad browser compatibility. The most challenging part was optimizing the training loop to maintain smooth 60fps performance while continuously updating the model. I learned to batch tensor operations and use TensorFlow.js's built-in optimizers effectively, which required deep diving into the framework's documentation and understanding the underlying WebGL operations that power browser-based machine learning.
