We have an Investment Conference in 2 weeks time in London. Past conference organisation or project management experience would be an advantage. The work is flexible and ad hoc. This is not a sales role . Full ongoing training and support will be provided. You will be assisting us with various follow up calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to various stakeholders we are in communication with regards the organisation of the Conference. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Requirements: Preferably a degree or some good professional qualification and experience. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Experience in managing important business projects, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
