I have a situation with the UK mortgage lender where I have a mortgage which needs to be redeemed in my soul name by the 31st of March 2026. When I asked the lender for a redemption figure they picked up on a disputed joint mortgage with a third-party from 6 1/2 years ago which had been repossessed because it had come to the end of its term what they are saying is that they have the right in law to now link both mortgages so when I repay the debt owed on the mortgage in my soul name they will not release the charge until the debt is repaid on the mortgage in joint names. Objectives * The objective of this project is to tidy-up some of the scenes in a short film. Deliverables * To remove or reduce banding in some shots. To remove or reduce posterisation in other shots. And to mask a small object in a couple of other shots. If anything else is spotted during the ‘clean-up’ then we can take a view as to whether it is distracting enough to warrant a tidy up. This may include some colour grading to match existing shots once banding issues etc have been resolved. Timescale * To begin as soon as possible. This should hopefully not be a long process, but it would be important to ‘walk through’ the video with a view to picking up on any other spurious challenges. Much of the video is fine, but when it’s not fine, it is quite noticeable - particularly (as you might imagine) on larger screens. Hopefully everything should be easily completed within a week after the ‘walkthrough’. Spec * Editing to be done in Final Cut Pro if possible. That’s not absolutely essential. However any rendered file would need to be able to be imported and also edited in Final Cut Pro. Files should be rendered in 4k, highest bit rate possible. Sitecore Contractor (Sitecore 10.4) – UK based Only (Freelance) About the role: Socially Grown is looking for an experienced UK based Sitecore Contractor to support a complex, global corporate website for one of our clients. This is a freelance role with ongoing support and delivery work. Occasional in-person meetings in the UK may be required, so applicants must be UK-based. Commitment: We’re looking for someone who can commit to agreed hours per week (TBC) and work collaboratively with our team and the client’s stakeholders.
