Hi, I have 21 pages like the one attached with this project (sample.jpg) which shows the first 35 rows, for a total of 678 rows. The first task I need doing is for this data to be entered into a google sheets spreadsheet. The 'position', 'cap' and 'name' fields have already been entered. I now only need the 'arrival date' and 'arrival time fields' to be filled out. In addition to this, I want to add a column to the spreadsheet for 'time elapsed'. This will be the time in days, hours and minutes that has elapsed between the start time + date and the arrival time and date mentioned in the 'arrival date' and 'arrival time' column for each row. The start date is 10/02/24 and the start time is 18:10. All arrivals are also in February 2024. I have provided a link to a spreadsheet that shows an example of the format desired. Upon acceptance of the project, I will share a spreadsheet where the 'position', 'cap' and 'name' fields have already been filled in. I do not want the elapsed time to be manually calculated and entered each time. I would like a formula entered into the spreadsheet that looks up the arrival date and arrival time for each row and provides the elapsed time in the format 'XXDXXHXXM', where D is for Days, H is for Hours and is for Minutes. Finally, this project contains one more task. The data here is for the arrival times of participants in a race at three checkpoints and the finish line. I would like to know the relative position change of each participant at each of the checkpoints. For example : If I participant is in first position at the first checkpoint but is in 5th position at the 2nd checkpoint, +4 should be added into the relevant cell. If the participant was in 10th position at the first checkpoint then arrived in first position at the second checkpoint, -9 should be entered in the relevant cell. It would be great if this could be automated in the spreadsheet but if that is not possible then it will need to be manually calculated and entered for each partipant arrival. You will also see that the number of participants decreases from one checkpoint to the other. This is because there were participants who did not finish the event. I would like a list of the participants for each checkpoint that dropped out of the race at that checkpoint. If they do not appear in the next checkpoint list, then they have dropped out of the race. I have assigned a budget of £30 for this project. Please let me know if this is sufficient for the task at hand. Conversion of two large spreadsheets into one large matrix
I have two large excel spreadsheets, each with hundreds of tabs, and each tab has approximately 7000 "Part number" lines in it. MANY of the part numbers are duplicated across multiple tabs and it is estimated that there are only 30k to 50k unique part numbers Data task create a matrix in a single worksheet, with every unique part number. - Unique part number on spreadsheet rows, with the product title, group name and subgroup name. - Headers named after each unique tab. - Y/N Entries as to whether that part number appears in that tab name. Attached screenshot shows a small portion of the data in its current raw form. Attached spreadsheet "EXAMPLE DATA' shows the desired outcome. Finished spreadsheet will have more than 300 header names, named after each tab.
