Project G. Hoffman Green Technology Center (GHGTC)
On January 31, 2024 I received a permit from the Air Permits Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to produce green liquid hydrogen in Hudspeth County, Texas near Dell City, Texas and to build a pilot plant up to 3MW to produce green liquid hydrogen. Through this project my goal is to test three (3) AEM Nexus 1000 Enapter electrolyzers. Therefore, I'd like to test: 1. The technical specifications of these electrolyzers 2. The cost of maintenance 3. The market for green liquid hydrogen in the United States 4. The efficiency to produce green liquid hydrogen at Dell City, Texas by using these electrolyzers Why Dell City, Texas? Because in the 1940s an oil prospector discovered water in that area which is now known as the Bone Spring-Victorio Peak Aquifer. It is desert there and Dell City, Texas has plenty of sun, good winds, and water underground. It is a perfect place to produce an enormous quantity of green liquid hydrogen there. Why the AEM Nexus 1000? Because in the technical specifications of this electrolyzer I found something interesting, "Operational flexibility: 3% - 100% Of nominal H2 flow rate". Those who designed this electrolyzer understand how an off grid green power plant which is built with solar panels and wind turbines is producing the electricity. We know that this kind of off grid power plants is producing fluctuant power during the day and the night based on how the sun is shining and the wind is blowing. The computer and the software of this electrolyzer is reading the power in the grid and it is adapting the operational capacity based on how the power is in the micro grid. There is no risk to stop and to start this electrolyzer. This project has three rooms: the Electrolyzer Room, the Electrical Room, and the Mechanical Room. On the south part of the building is a covered parking area for three (3) RVs in which I will live with my workers and my visitors. I lift up the entire facility with 5 feet from the ground because in these days we can have a flood anywhere because of climate change. Each electrolyzer is 52.5 feet x 9.8 feet x 24 feet (L x W x H) and its weight is 40 tons. The roof is the ceiling of the Electrolyzer Room, it is covered with solar shingles and has on top 20 vertical axis wind turbines of 30kW 220V each. Also, all the roofs of this facility are covered with solar shingles. On the south side of the facility will be built the power plant with solar panels and horizontal axis wind turbines of 100kW three-phase AC 220V. The framing of the solar panels will be lifted up with a minimum of 4 feet from the ground to protect them from a flood. Website Project I am requiring a website home page. The home page will allow someone with a user name and a password to access a Excel calculator created by me. The calculator must reside on the website for accessibility by approved personnel. The website calculator must prevent tampering while having certain limited user friendly cells for inputting critical data. Once the data is input, the remainder of cells should automatically calculate. Once a user has completed working on the calculator they should have the ability to download the information in a pdf format onto a legal size 8 ½” x 11 sheet. All common things we may be missing like back icons on pages and settings etc. The device clips onto your toilet and analyses and monitors your waste, it is particularly good for preventatitive healthcare and to aid people with IBS. The app allows you to take photos of your waste for basic analysis or take photos of food for it to auto-analyse and store what you've eaten and the allergens. The following things can be monitored: Stool 1.Consistency 2.Colour 3.Presence of Blood Urine 1.Turbidity 2.Colour 3.Presence of Blood Session Time, Duration & More 1.Hesitation 2.Session Time / Total Sitting Time 3.Frequency They will be aggregated into analysis: Overall score Stool score Urine score The app will also show you what you have eaten, you need to be able to input this either by taking photos or manually inputting allergens and what you have eaten. The app will auto analyse and show you if eating something causes your scores to drop/bad stomach. The app should have screens to display all this information, namely the following views: - log in page - set up pages to connect to the device via bluetooth and set up wifi connection on the device and name the device. You also need to set up which bluetooth devices you would like the device to be able to track you as. The toilet device tracks whether a user is using the toilet based on another bluetooth device being within a few metres. - an aggregate view showing your aggregate scores and over time and recommendations based on input data - a day view where you can see aggregate scores of your waste that day and drill into individual wastes and what you have eaten in different meals that day. - the ability to quickly select the camera - settings (you need to be able to have multiple devices on multiple toilets) and see their battery, change your password etc, add new devices, add new bluetooth devices to identify you as the user. Build my website using a Webflow Theme
This project involves using an open source WebFlow theme as the foundation of my real estate website. Project 2023-3
September 16, 2023 I designed Project 2023-3 to function as a weekly hotel for emergency situations. This project is a seven-story building plus the attic. The ground level is a garage and Level 2 to Level 7 has 24 units on each level. The off grid sustainable residential green power plant of this project has a capacity of 3MW and it is equipped with (48) FX-20kW, 220V vertical axis wind turbines, the roof is covered with solar shingles, and technically the entire building is in a photovoltaic glass envelope. Also, the power plant is equipped with electrolyzers to produce liquid hydrogen when it has extra electricity and the backup generator is using the liquid hydrogen to keep the home battery charged when there is not wind and sun enough to do so. If climate change is real then the equation is simple: More heat = More water evaporating and More ice melting In the last ten years we saw floods almost everywhere in the big cities and the sea level is rising. Every year thousands and thousands of people are losing their homes during extreme weather: wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, and strong earthquakes. Many of these people are losing everything that they had and many of them don't even have a bag left. I designed this project for these people to have a chance to function and to stand up again. Electricity = Access to internet, education, and prosperity We live a time of population explosion and 70% of the population has poor infrastructure in the developing countries and 1 billion people live globally with no infrastructure. In locations like Arizona, Texas, Spain, etc. where there is abundant sun and wind I can build this project to have nine stories and Level 8 and Level 9 plus the attic will function as a vertical farming facility symmetrical with Project 2023-2. We know that the macro grid is losing an enormous quantity of electricity every year. As an image, the electricity which is produced and lost by the macro grid in the United States in one year can power the UK for seven years, and the macro grid is the greatest polluter in the United States. The electrolyzers are the game changer in the sustainable residential green technologies because having the electrolyzers the power plants of my projects are losing zero kilowatt-hours and all the electricity produced is green. I can build this project anywhere in the world if there is water. All my projects are equipped with water sprinklers on top of the roof and water sprinklers around the homes or the buildings in order to protect them against wildfires and because of that it's good to have wells close to these projects.
