The project:
Redesign the site to accommodate 2 dwellings as per approved plan (attached) with a newly designed 3 storey corner building internally arranged as studio flats with an internal area of at least 20 sq/m per unit, communal bin store, plant room and bike storage.
A full drawing package will be required. i.e. floor plans, elevations, roof plan, room furniture layout, bathroom and kitchen layout and 3D visuals of the design in the immediate surroundings - to include properties immediately right and left on Bowerham Road and the rear of the buildings to include properties to the rear of the building (Avondale road).
The budget set is to pass PPH and not to be taken as reflective of the project requirements, so please respond with an accurate fee for the complete project. Thank you.
