UK Building regulations / engineer drawing for Modular structure
Hi, Here is the video of the innovative extension we want to make which needs to be approved by UK building regulations and require an engineer who has modular building experience to be compliant with UK policy. https://youtu.be/VVCPZ2hyEqo?si=g-LN_f1iC9wQnToA I also attach the current building regulations drawing and plan of the two flats and two shops which needs building regulations for. The building regulations submitted are not 100 per compliant according to the counsel due to the attached letter.
Website build and design
I need a website building for my private practice counselling business. If possible, I'd also like the website to have the functionality to be optimised for mobiles and tablets, and to have a function that allows clients to leave the website quickly. I have a .co.uk and .com address, so I also wondered if people could be automatically re-routed from the .com address to the website.
I need a brand logo and business cards
I am in the process of launching my counselling and psychotherapy private practice, and I need a logo which I can use on everything from business cards to my website. My practice/brand will be called "Sarah Manson Psychotherapy" I want the name to stand out against the background, which I would like to be eye-catching, but simple. Preferably calming colour tones. I have very little knowledge of logo designs so I'm very open to ideas! As long as my logo looks professional, stylish and contemporary :)
Lytehouse logo
Hello, this is my first time using this website, so apologies if I don't supply the relevant information first time... My husband is setting up in business, as a sole trader, as a counsellor. The name of the business is Lytehouse Counselling Services, so we were thinking a simple and small logo to go on the website, invoices, etc, of a lighthouse. I have attached a couple of examples THAT WE WANT TO AVOID, as the business names/types are similar and we don't want to be accused of copying their logo, etc. The general 'feel' we are looking for is a beacon of hope in the darkness, a way out of your problems, a way out of feeling stuck. Is it reasonable to ask how much you would charge for such a service please?
New Interior Layout and External Concept
Full interior alteration layout plans Conceptual front elevation Proposed lighting plan. Proposed plumbing plan. 2 Interior 3D renders This is a concept project as they need to get funding so it wont be too much amendments once they confirm the layout. The space will need to include the below Male and female toilets- 20L x20W feet Male and female shower -20L x 20W feet Disabled toilet and shower -40L x 20 W feet Office space -40 L x 30 W feet Reception -25 L x 20 W feet Meeting room -40L x 45 W feet Counselling room (x3) 20 L x 15 W feet Physio room (x2) 20 L x 20W feet Cafe (x1) 40 L x 60 W feet Gym - 60 L x 40 W Clients notes: If we can please include three counselling offices, two physio offices and some toiles and some changing facilities for both male and females please that would be greatly appreciated, we understand that some our clients may be within the building for some time and may need to utilise these facilities. Your plan to have it within one level sounds great as this will help some of our clients who have been injured through combat. the toilet and changing rooms do not have to be massive, they can perhaps include three showers and three toilets and two sinks which I believe would be sufficient enough for our clients but of course this would have to be wheel chair friendly please.

Campaign Poster
I am looking for a poster to be designed, that will help me with my campaign to promote counselling services for my practice. The poster will be displayed in doctors surgeries. I have already mocked up an example of what I am looking for and attached this to the project. Essentially I am looking for a more professional version of my mocked up example. To give you some background to my thinking, here is an overview: The visual images and graphics that I would like to communicate the message are- Four images have been used in total, with minimal words: 1) The silhouette of a head on the left of the page with the face pointing toward the middle of the page. 2) On the right of the page, stands a single figure facing towards the head silhouette, with their hand/s reaching toward the head. 3) Finally, a single figure standing inside the silhouette of the head, facing towards the other single figure, with their arms reaching towards the other figure; all standing in a swirly, pool, of merging colours. The rationale behind this image is: 1) The pool of merging colours represents the issues the person/client might be facing. 2) The head silhouette with the figure inside represents the potential depth of the counsellor/client relationship. 3) The two figures are representative of the counsellor and the client- either reaching to ask for help or reaching to give help, ending up with relational depth between the two. So, can you take my draft version and make it look more professional. As a guide: a) The pool should be an ellipse shape rather than square so it looks like both images are standing in it together b) The pool of merging colours is to signify various issues, so the colours should be denser colours with a just few colours inside c) The image inside the head and the stand alone image to have arms (or hands) outstretched facing each other and must be identical images d) An aura of yellow around the arms/hands as to radiate hope e) Telephone number to use in the poster is 07834 123 456

I need an illustration for a book cover
The book is about abour helping 'ordinary' people develop the skills of everyday counselling, It's a boiled down, but not dumbed down, jargon-free version of one of the world's most influenial textbooks in counselling psychoogy. Its underlying message is that anyone with common sense and a willingness to learn new skills can become an effective helper, better able to support friends and colleagues who are going through a difficult time. The cover needs to feature drawings of a range of people engaged in one-to-one conversations. The figures are small, almost miniature. There are perhaps 20 pairs of people talking to each other, arranged around the page. We can see from their appearance that they come from different backgrounds. They could be teachers, doctors, charity workers, engineers, parents, supervisors.. whatever. The impression, in short, is that they represent a slice of life. They are male and female, from teenagers and young adults to older people. They represent a racial mix. A few are in non-Western dress. Besides clothes, etc. you can use some minimal background detail to suggest different settings -- office, home, college, surgery, workshop, prison and so on. Some pairs are standing while chatting, most are sitting down, close to each other. I am open to ideas about drawing style. As a starting point I've uploaded an example of some clip art that gives you some idea of the overall effect i'm looking for, though not necessarily the style. Plenty of white space. Clean and neat but friendly. I know what I don't want. I don't want 'cartoony' figures. with exagerated features. or anything else 'cheesy' And I don't want images that look computer generated. The audience for the book are smart adults. I guess I'll know the right style when I see it. So please send me a couple (or more0 samplrs of how you'd depict a couple of people talking to each other. There's no immediae rush. The book is written but won't be published until January, 2021. I've spent most of my career as a copywritr/creative director in London advertising agencies, I'm used to working remotely. Andrew I might want to re-use some parts of the cover to illustrae a ffew inside pages.
Freelance Graphic Designer needed for ongoing projects
At Flex Legal we are passionate about helping people make smarter life-work choices. We are working in the burgeoning field of legal tech and provide resourcing solutions to law firms and in-house counsel. We have a fantastic range of clients, all of whom are on board with our mission. After rapid growth over the past 4 years, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to work with our team on a freelance, flexible basis. We anticipate needing resource for 2-3 days a month and are happy for you to work remotely. Maybe you are looking for a fresh challenge, or the opportunity to develop new skills working in a rapidly growing company. This is a position for someone who is enthusiastic about design and looking to expand their portfolio. The role provides the opportunity to work with an amazing group of fun and talented people while having the flexibility to balance your freelance career. As part of the hiring process we are looking for candidates to undertake a paid task so we can get a feel for your work. This will involve designing the following: Flex Selfie At Flex, we really try to pride ourselves on helping our paralegals grow and develop their skills. We appreciate the situation that many of them are in when using a service like ours. They’re often young, relatively new to the legal industry, and trying to build up some proper legal working experience and professional skills. If we can help their personal development whilst they’re away on working placements – then we should! One of the ideas we had for doing this was the ‘Flex Selfie’. Essentially, this is a self-assessment sheet that we could ask our paralegals to fill out after they’ve been on placement for a while. The wording itself is fairly straightforward, and is just meant to prompt some self-reflection and consideration for what’s worked, what’s not worked, etc. We also really liked the idea of asking their line manager / supervisor to fill out a section too, so they can get an external perspective on their working strengths and weaknesses. We would like you to create a new version of the Flex Selfie, that affords our legal professionals and their supervisors the space they need to reflect on their performance and identify areas for improvement. Ideally, we need this to fit on no more than one side of A4. Event Banner The Sales and Marketing team regularly hold events for our paralegals, junior lawyers, and the wider legal community. The frequency of these has only gone up this year, and each month we will host 3 / 4 webinars which are usually fairly well attended. When promoting these events on eventbrite and our social media channels, we usually rely heavily on freely-useable stock imagery. Unsplash can only go so far, and we’re looking to have something a little more bespoke in place of these. Earlier this month, we held a ‘How to ace law firm assessment centres’ charity webinar to raise money for Lawcare. Our guest speakers included a couple of recruitment and development leaders at some reputable law firms, and a couple of legal influencers with good online followings. We would like you to design a Custom Eventbrite Banner for this event, in line with the Flex colours, bearing in mind that it would need to be easily adaptable for any future events we may hold. If this is of interest, and you have the capacity to work on ongoing projects, please get in touch with a portfolio. If we would then like you to complete the task, we can provide you with further information.
