Logo, Strapline and Brand Guidelines

I am consulting to a start-up social enterprise and I'd like to show them some options for logo and strapline + identity guidelines.

The owners want to set-up an organisation/parent support group for those whose children have been diagnosed with autism for the Surrey area.
The owners have been personally affected by this - so are keen to get this something that captures how they are feeling. We would like to work with a graphic desinger who undertands start-up/logo and branding.

They will help parents in a number of ways:

Meetings/support/counselling
Online resources, free and paid
Leading Campaigns e.g EHCP/local authoritires
Awareness campaigns for autism
Create a community of parents
Advice, private professionals
E-learning (later on)

The brief is to create a logo based on a name chosen by the owners.
Help with a strapline or explore ones we have created.
Create some basic brand guidlines (One/two pager) in which they can go on to build a website, assets etc. We would expect this to include a colour palette, hex numbers etc font and perhaps graphics and guidance on imagery allowed.

What needs to be included:

+We own the copyright
+ Revisions inlcuded and work with us
+ Creative and thoughtful design.
+Logo in various high quality format - with and without strapline
