I have answered a large number of customer questions over time via email and chat, and I now have a big archive of past responses. These responses are stored in different places (email threads, chat exports, copied documents) and are not organized in any consistent way. When a similar question comes up, I often waste time searching for the right past response or rewriting something from scratch. I need someone to go through this archive of past customer responses and turn it into a structured internal answer bank that I can use to reply faster and more consistently. You will receive: A set of exported or copied past responses (email threads, chat logs, or documents) covering common customer questions. A short list from me of the main question categories I deal with (for example: billing, account access, product usage, returns/refunds, technical issues). Your work will include: Reading through all the past responses I provide and identifying the core question each one answers. Grouping responses by question category and sub‑topic (for example: “Billing – Payment failed”, “Account – Password reset”, “Product – How to use feature X”). For each distinct question, creating a standardized entry in the answer bank that includes: A clear, consistent question title (e.g., “How do I reset my password?”). A cleaned‑up version of the best response (removing customer‑specific details, keeping the general explanation and steps). Any useful variations (for example: a short version for chat, a more detailed version for email). Ensuring that wording, tone, and formatting are consistent across all entries (for example: same greeting style, same way of listing steps, same level of detail). Organizing the answer bank so it’s easy to search, either as a structured document with clear headings or as a simple table/spreadsheet with columns for Category, Question, and Answer. Delivering the final answer bank as a single file (Google Doc, Word file, or Google Sheet), plus a simple index or table of contents showing all categories and questions covered. The final answer bank should allow me to: Quickly find a relevant past answer when a common question comes in. See at a glance which category a question belongs to. Use consistent, pre‑approved wording instead of rewriting responses every time. This answer bank is only for my own internal use to improve my response speed and consistency. It will not be shared directly with customers, posted on any website, or used as a public help center.
